Isaiah 25

1 The prophet praiseth God, for his judgments, 6 for his saving benefits, 9 and for his victorious salvation.

 25:1 ¶ O LORD, 3068 thou x859 [art] my God, 430 I will exalt 7311 z8787 thee, I will praise 3034 z8686 thy Name; 8034 for x3588 thou hast done 6213 z8804 wonderfull 6382 things; [thy] counsels 6098 of old 7350 x4480 [are] faithfulnesse 530 [and] trueth. 544

 25:2 For x3588 thou hast made 7760 z8804 of a citie, 5892 x4480 an heape; 1530 of a defenced 1219 z8803 city, 7151 a ruine: 4654 a palace 759 of strangers, 2114 z8801 to be no citie, 5892 x4480 it shall neuer 5769 x3808 be built. 1129 z8735

 25:3 Therefore x5921 x3651 shall the strong 5794 people 5971 glorifie 3513 z8762 thee, the city 7151 of the terrible 6184 nations 1471 shall feare 3372 z8799 thee.

 25:4 For x3588 thou hast bene x1961 a strength 4581 to the poore, 1800 a strength 4581 to the needy 34 in his distresse, 6862 a refuge 4268 from the storme, 2230 x4480 a shadow 6738 from the heat, 2721 x4480 when x3588 the blast 7307 of the terrible ones 6184 [is] as a storme 2230 [against] the wall. 7023

 25:5 Thou shalt bring downe 3665 z8686 the noise 7588 of strangers, 2114 z8801 as the heat 2721 in a dry place; 6724 [euen] the heat 2721 with the shadow 6738 of a cloud: 5645 the branch 2159 of the terrible ones 6184 shalbe brought low. 6030 z8799

 25:6 ¶ And in this x2088 mountaine 2022 shall the LORD 3068 of hostes 6635 make 6213 z8804 vnto all x3605 people 5971 a feast 4960 of fat things, 8081 a feast 4960 of wines on the lees, 8105 of fat things 8081 full of marrow, 4229 z8794 of wines on the lees 8105 well refined. 2212 z8794

 25:7 And he wil destroy 1104 z8765 in this x2088 mountaine 2022 the face 6440 of the couering 3875 cast x3874 ouer y3874 z8802 x5921 all x3605 people, 5971 and the vaile 4541 that is spread 5259 z8803 ouer x5921 all x3605 nations. 1471

 25:8 He will swallow vp 1104 z8765 death 4194 in victorie, 5331 and the Lord 136 GOD 3069 wil wipe away 4229 z8804 teares 1832 from off x4480 x5921 al x3605 faces, 6440 and the rebuke 2781 of his people 5971 shall he take away 5493 z8686 from off x4480 x5921 all x3605 the earth: 776 for x3588 the LORD 3068 hath spoken 1696 z8765 [it].

 25:9 ¶ And it shalbe said 559 z8804 in that x1931 day, 3117 Loe, x2009 this x2088 [is] our God, 430 we haue waited 6960 z8765 for him, and he will saue 3467 z8686 vs: this x2088 [is] the LORD, 3068 we haue waited 6960 z8765 for him, we wil be glad, 1523 z8799 and reioyce 8055 z8799 in his saluation. 3444

 25:10 For x3588 in this x2088 mountaine 2022 shall the hand 3027 of the LORD 3068 rest, 5117 z8799 and Moab 4124 shalbe troden downe 1758 z8736 vnder x8478 him, euen as straw 4963 is troden downe 1758 z8738 for the dounghill. 4087 y1119 z8675 y4325

 25:11 And hee shall spread foorth 6566 z8765 his hands 3027 in the midst 7130 of them, as x834 hee that swimmeth 7811 z8802 spreadeth foorth 6566 z8762 his [hands] to swimme: 7811 z8800 and hee shall bring downe 8213 z8689 their pride 1346 together with x5973 the spoiles 698 of their hands. 3027

 25:12 And the fortresse 4013 of the high fort 4869 of thy walles 2346 shall hee bring downe, 7817 z8689 lay low, 8213 z8689 [and] bring 5060 z8689 to the ground, 776 [euen] to x5704 the dust. 6083
