Deuteronomie 32

1 Moses' song, which setteth forth God's mercy and vengeance. 46 He exhorteth them to set their hearts upon it. 48 God sendeth him up to mount Nebo, to see the land, and die.

 32:1 ¶ Giue eare, 238 z8685 O yee heauens, 8064 and I will speake; 1696 z8762 And heare, 8085 z8799 O earth, 776 the words 561 of my mouth. 6310

 32:2 My doctrine 3948 shall drop 6201 z8799 as the raine: 4306 my speech 565 shall distill 5140 z8799 as the deaw, 2919 as the smal raine 8164 vpon x5921 the tender herbe, 1877 and as the showres 7241 vpon x5921 the grasse. 6212

 32:3 Because x3588 I wil publish 7121 z8799 the Name 8034 of the LORD: 3068 ascribe 3051 z8798 yee greatnesse 1433 vnto our God. 430

 32:4 [He is] the rocke, 6697 his worke 6467 [is] perfect: 8549 for x3588 all x3605 his wayes 1870 [are] Iudgement: 4941 A God 410 of trueth, 530 and without x369 iniquity, 5766 iust 6662 and right 3477 [is] he. x1931

 32:5 They haue corrupted 7843 z8765 themselues, their spot 3971 is not x3808 [the spot] of his children: 1121 [they are] a peruerse 6141 and crooked 6618 generation. 1755

 32:6 Doe ye thus x2063 requite 1580 z8799 the LORD, 3068 O foolish 5036 people, 5971 & vnwise? 2450 x3808 Is not x3808 he x1931 thy Father 1 [that] hath bought 7069 z8804 thee? Hath he x1931 not made 6213 z8804 thee, and established 3559 z8787 thee?

 32:7 ¶ Remember 2142 z8798 the dayes 3117 of olde, 5769 consider 995 z8798 the yeeres 8141 of many y1755 generations: 1755 aske 7592 z8798 thy father, 1 and he will shewe 5046 z8686 thee, thy Elders, 2205 and they wil tell 559 z8799 thee.

 32:8 When the most High 5945 diuided 5157 z0 to the nations 1471 their inheritance, y5157 z8687 when he separated 6504 z8687 the sonnes 1121 of Adam, 120 hee set 5324 z8686 the bounds 1367 of the people 5971 according to the number 4557 of the children 1121 of Israel. 3478

 32:9 For x3588 the LORDS 3068 portion 2506 [is] his people: 5971 Iacob 3290 [is] the lot 2256 of his inheritance. 5159

 32:10 He found 4672 z8799 him in a desert 4057 land, 776 and in the waste 8414 howling 3214 wildernesse: 3452 Hee ledde him about, 5437 z8779 he instructed 995 z8787 him, hee kept 5341 z8799 him as the apple 380 of his eye. 5869

 32:12 [So] the LORD 3068 alone 910 did leade 5148 z8686 him, and there was no x369 strange 5236 God 410 with x5973 him.

 32:13 He made him ride 7392 z8686 on x5921 the high places 1116 of the earth, 776 that he might eate 398 z8799 the increase 8570 of the fields, 7704 and he made him to sucke 3243 z8686 hony 1706 out of the rocke, 5553 x4480 and oyle 8081 out of the flintie 2496 x4480 rocke, 6697

 32:14 Butter 2529 of kine, 1241 & milke 2461 of sheepe, 6629 with x5973 fat 2459 of lambes, 3733 and rammes 352 of the breed 1121 of Bashan, 1316 & goats, 6260 with x5973 the fat 2459 of kidneis 3629 of wheat, 2406 and thou diddest drinke 8354 z8799 the pure 2561 blood 1818 of the grape. 6025

 32:15 ¶ But Iesurun 3484 waxed fat, 8080 z8799 and kicked: 1163 z8799 Thou art waxen fat, 8080 z8804 thou art growen thicke, 5666 z8804 thou art couered 3780 z8804 [with fatnes]: then he forsooke 5203 z8799 God 433 [which] made 6213 z8804 him, and lightly esteemed 5034 z8762 the Rocke 6697 of his saluation. 3444

 32:16 They prouoked him to ielousie 7065 z8686 with strange 2114 z8801 [gods], with abominations 8441 prouoked they him to anger. 3707 z8686

 32:17 They sacrificed 2076 z8799 vnto deuils, 7700 not x3808 to God: 433 to gods 430 whom they knew 3045 z8804 not, x3808 to new 2319 [gods, that] came 935 z0 newly y7138 vp, y935 z8804 x4480 x7138 whom your fathers 1 feared 8175 z8804 not. x3808

 32:18 Of the Rocke 6697 that begate 3205 z8804 thee thou art vnmindfull, 7876 z8799 and hast forgotten 7911 z8799 God 410 that formed 2342 z8789 thee.

 32:19 And when the LORD 3068 saw 7200 z8799 it, he abhorred 5006 z8799 [them], because of the prouoking 3708 x4480 of his sonnes, 1121 & of his daughters. 1323

 32:20 And he said, 559 z8799 I will hide 5641 z8686 my face 6440 from x4480 them, I will see 7200 z8799 what x4100 their ende 319 [shall be]: for x3588 they x1992 [are] a very froward 8419 generation, 1755 children 1121 in whom is no x3808 faith. 529

 32:21 They x1992 haue mooued me to ielousie 7065 z8765 with [that which is] not 3808 god, 410 they haue prouoked me to anger 3707 z8765 with their vanities: 1892 And I x589 will moue them to ielousie 7065 z8686 with [those which are] not x3808 a people, 5971 I will prouoke them to anger 3707 z8686 with a foolish 5036 nation. 1471

 32:22 For x3588 a fire 784 is kindled 6919 z8804 in my anger, 639 and shall burne 3344 z8799 vnto x5704 the lowest 8482 hell, 7585 and shall consume 398 z8799 the earth 776 with her increase, 2981 and set on fire 3857 z8762 the foundations y4144 x4146 of the mountaines. 2022

 32:23 I will heape 5595 z8686 mischiefes 7451 vpon x5921 them, I will spend 3615 z8762 mine arrowes 2671 vpon them.

 32:24 [They shall bee] burnt 4198 with hunger 7458 and deuoured 3898 z8803 with burning heat, 7565 and with bitter 4815 destruction: 6986 I will also send 7971 z8762 the teeth 8127 of beasts 929 vpon them, with x5973 the poison 2534 of serpents 2119 z8801 of the dust. 6083

 32:25 The sword 2719 without, 2351 x4480 and terrour 367 within 2315 x4480 shall destroy 7921 z8762 both x1571 the yong man, 970 and x1571 the virgin, 1330 the suckling 3243 z8802 [also] with x5973 the man 376 of gray haires. 7872

 32:26 I said, 559 z8804 I would scatter them into corners, 6284 z8686 I would make the remembrance 2143 of them to cease 7673 z8686 fro among men: y582 x4480 x376

 32:27 Were it not y3884 that x3884 I feared 1481 z8799 the wrath 3708 of the enemie, 341 z8802 lest x6435 their aduersaries 6862 should behaue themselues strangely, 5234 z8762 [and] lest x6435 they should say, 559 z8799 Our hande 3027 is high, 7311 z8804 and the LORD 3068 hath not x3808 done 6466 z8804 all x3605 this. x2063

 32:28 For x3588 they x1992 are a nation 1471 voide 6 z8802 of counsel, 6098 neither x369 is there any vnderstanding 8394 in them.

 32:29 O that 3863 they were wise, 2449 z8804 that they vnderstood 7919 z8686 this, x2063 that they would consider 995 z8799 their latter end. 319

 32:30 How x349 should one 259 chase 7291 z8799 a thousand, 505 and two 8147 put x5127 ten y7233 thousand y505 x7233 to flight, 5127 z8686 except 3808 x518 x3588 their Rocke 6697 had sold 4376 z8804 them, y3588 and the LORD 3068 had shut them vp? 5462 z8689

 32:31 For x3588 their rocke 6697 is not x3808 as our Rocke, 6697 euen our enemies 341 z8802 themselues being iudges. 6414

 32:32 For x3588 their vine 1612 is of the vine 1612 x4480 of Sodome, 5467 and of the fields 7709 x4480 of Gomorah: 6017 their grapes 6025 [are] grapes 6025 of gall, 7219 their clusters 811 [are] bitter. 4846

 32:33 Their wine 3196 is the poison 2534 of dragons, 8577 and the cruell 393 venime 7219 of Aspes. 6620

 32:34 Is not x3808 this x1931 laide vp in store 3647 z8803 with x5978 me, [and] sealed vp 2856 z8803 among my treasures? 214

 32:35 To me belongeth vengeance, 5359 and recompence, 8005 their foot 7272 shall slide 4131 z8799 in due time: 6256 for x3588 the day 3117 of their calamitie 343 is at hand, 7138 and the things that shal come 6264 vpon them, make haste. 2363 z8804

 32:37 And he shall say, 559 z8804 where x335 [are] their gods? 430 Their Rocke 6697 in whom they trusted; 2620 z8804

 32:38 Which x834 did eat 398 z8799 the fat 2459 of their sacrifices, 2077 & dranke 8354 z8799 the wine 3196 of their drinke offerings? 5257 Let them rise vp 6965 z8799 and helpe 5826 z8799 you, [and] be x1961 x5921 your protection. 5643

 32:39 See 7200 z8798 now, x6258 that x3588 I, x589 [euen] I x589 am he, x1931 and there is no x369 god 430 with x5978 mee; I x589 kill, 4191 z8686 and I make aliue: 2421 z8762 I wound, 4272 z8804 and I x589 heale: 7495 z8799 neither x369 is there any that can deliuer 5337 z8688 out of my hand. 3027 x4480

 32:40 For x3588 I lift vp 5375 z8799 my hand 3027 to x413 heauen, 8064 and say, 559 z8804 I x595 liue 2416 for euer. 5769

 32:41 If x518 I whet 8150 z8804 my glittering 1300 sword, 2719 and mine hand 3027 take holde 270 z8799 on Iudgement, 4941 I will render 7725 z8686 vengeance 5359 to mine enemies, 6862 and will reward 7999 z8762 them that hate 8130 z8764 me.

 32:42 I will make mine arrowes 2671 drunke 7937 z8686 with blood, 1818 x4480 (and my sword 2719 shal deuoure 398 z8799 flesh) 1320 [and that] with the blood 1818 x4480 of the slaine, 2491 and of the captiues, 7633 from the beginning 7218 x4480 of reuenges 6546 vpon the enemie. 341 z8802

 32:43 Reioyce, 7442 z8685 O ye nations 1471 [with] his people, 5971 for x3588 he will auenge 5358 z8799 the blood 1818 of his seruants, 5650 and will render 7725 z8686 vengeance 5359 to his aduersaries, 6862 and wil be mercifull 3722 z8765 vnto his land, 127 [and] to his people. 5971

 32:44 ¶ And Moses 4872 came 935 z8799 and spake 1696 z8762 x853 all x3605 the wordes 1697 of this x2063 song 7892 in the eares 241 of the people, 5971 he x1931 and Hoshea 1954 the sonne 1121 of Nun. 5126
