Deuteronomie 31

1 Moses encourageth the people. 7 He encourageth Joshua. 9 He delivereth the Law unto the priests to read it in the seventh year to the people. 14 God giveth a charge to Joshua, 19 and a song to testify against the people. 24 Moses delivereth the book of the Law to the Levites to keep. 28 He maketh a protestation to the elders.

 31:1 ¶ And Moses 4872 went y3212 z8799 x1980 & spake 1696 z8762 x853 these x428 wordes 1697 vnto x413 all x3605 Israel. 3478

 31:2 And hee saide 559 z8799 vnto x413 them, I x595 [am] an hundred 3967 and twentie 6242 yeeres 8141 old 1121 this day; 3117 I can 3201 z8799 no x3808 more x5750 goe out 3318 z8800 and come in: 935 z8800 also the LORD 3068 hath said 559 z8804 vnto x413 mee, Thou shalt not x3808 goe ouer 5674 z8799 x853 this x2088 Iordan. 3383

 31:3 The LORD 3068 thy God, 430 hee x1931 will goe ouer 5674 z8802 before 6440 thee, [and] he x1931 will destroy 8045 z8686 x853 these x428 nations 1471 from before 6440 x4480 thee, and thou shalt possesse 3423 z8804 them: [and] Ioshua, 3091 hee x1931 shall goe ouer 5674 z8802 before 6440 thee, as x834 the LORD 3068 hath said. 1696 z8765

 31:4 And the LORD 3068 shall doe 6213 z8804 vnto them, as x834 hee did 6213 z8804 to Sihon, 5511 and to Og 5747 Kings 4428 of the Amorites, 567 and vnto the land 776 of them, whom x834 x853 he destroyed. 8045 z8689

 31:5 And the LORD 3068 shall giue them vp 5414 z8804 before your face, 6440 that ye may doe 6213 z8804 vnto them according vnto all x3605 the Commandements 4687 which x834 I haue commanded 6680 z8765 you.

 31:6 Be strong, 2388 z8798 and of a good courage, 553 z8798 feare 3372 z8799 not, x408 nor x408 be afraid 6206 z8799 of x4480 x6440 them: y6440 for x3588 the LORD 3068 thy God, 430 he x1931 [it is] that doeth goe 1980 z8802 with x5973 thee, he will not x3808 faile 7503 z8686 thee, nor x3808 forsake 5800 z8799 thee.

 31:7 ¶ And Moses 4872 called 7121 z8799 vnto Ioshua, 3091 and said 559 z8799 vnto x413 him in the sight 5869 of all x3605 Israel, 3478 Bee strong, 2388 z8798 and of a good courage: 553 z8798 for x3588 thou x859 must goe 935 z8799 with x854 this x2088 people 5971 vnto x413 the land, 776 which x834 the LORD 3068 hath sworne 7650 z8738 vnto their fathers 1 to giue 5414 z8800 them; and thou x859 shalt cause them to inherite 5157 z8686 it.

 31:8 And the LORD, 3068 he x1931 [it is] that doth goe 1980 z8802 before 6440 thee, he x1931 will be x1961 with thee, x5973 hee will not x3808 faile 7503 z8686 thee, neither x3808 forsake 5800 z8799 thee: feare 3372 z8799 not, x3808 neither x3808 be dismayed. 2865 z8735

 31:9 ¶ And Moses 4872 wrote 3789 z8799 x853 this x2063 Law, 8451 and deliuered 5414 z8799 it vnto x413 the Priests 3548 the sonnes 1121 of Leui, 3878 which bare 5375 z8802 x853 the Arke 727 of the Couenant 1285 of the LORD, 3068 and vnto x413 all x3605 the Elders 2205 of Israel. 3478

 31:10 And Moses 4872 commanded 6680 z8762 them, saying, 559 z8800 At the end 7093 x4480 of [euery] seuen 7651 yeeres, 8141 in the solemnitie 4150 of the yeere 8141 of release, 8059 in the feast 2282 of Tabernacles, 5521

 31:11 When all x3605 Israel 3478 is come 935 z8800 to appeare 7200 z8736 x853 before 6440 the LORD 3068 thy God, 430 in the place 4725 which x834 hee shall choose; 977 z8799 thou shalt reade 7121 z8799 x853 this x2063 Law 8451 before x5048 all x3605 Israel, 3478 in their hearing. 241

 31:12 Gather y6950 z0 the people y5971 together, 6950 z8685 x853 x5971 men, y582 x376 and women 802 and children, 2945 and thy stranger 1616 that x834 [is] within thy gates, 8179 that x4616 they may heare, 8085 z8799 and that x4616 they may learne, 3925 z8799 and feare 3372 z8804 x853 the LORD 3068 your God, 430 and obserue 8104 z8804 to doe 6213 z8800 x853 all x3605 the wordes 1697 of this x2063 Law: 8451

 31:13 And [that] their children 1121 which x834 haue not x3808 knowen 3045 z8804 [any thing], may heare, 8085 z8799 and learne 3925 z8804 to feare 3372 z8800 x853 the LORD 3068 your God, 430 as long as 3117 x3605 x834 yee x859 liue 2416 in x5921 the land, 127 whither x834 x8033 ye x859 goe ouer 5674 z8802 x853 Iordan 3383 to possesse 3423 z8800 it.

 31:14 ¶ And the LORD 3068 saide 559 z8799 vnto x413 Moses, 4872 Beholde, x2005 thy dayes 3117 approach 7126 z8804 that thou must die: 4191 z8800 call 7121 z8798 x853 Ioshua, 3091 and present y3320 z8690 your selues x3320 in the Tabernacle 168 of the Congregation, 4150 that I may giue him a charge. 6680 z8762 And Moses 4872 and Ioshua 3091 went y3212 z8799 x1980 and presented y3320 z8691 themselues x3320 in the Tabernacle 168 of the Congregation. 4150

 31:15 And the LORD 3068 appeared 7200 z8735 in the Tabernacle 168 in a pillar 5982 of a cloud: 6051 and the pillar 5982 of the cloude 6051 stood 5975 z8799 ouer x5921 the doore 6607 of the Tabernacle. 168

 31:16 ¶ And the LORD 3068 saide 559 z8799 vnto x413 Moses, 4872 Behold, x2009 thou shalt sleepe 7901 z8802 with x5973 thy fathers, 1 and this x2088 people 5971 wil rise vp, 6965 z8804 and goe a whoring 2181 z8804 after 310 the gods 430 of the strangers 5236 of the land 776 whither x834 x8033 they x1931 goe 935 z8802 [to be] amongst 7130 them, and wil forsake 5800 z8804 me, and breake 6565 z8689 x853 my couenant 1285 which x834 I haue made 3772 z8804 with x854 them.

 31:17 Then my anger 639 shall be kindled 2734 z8804 against them in that x1931 day, 3117 and I will forsake 5800 z8804 them, and I will hide 5641 z8689 my face 6440 from x4480 them, and they shall be x1961 deuoured, 398 z8800 and many 7227 euils 7451 and troubles 6869 shall befall 4672 z8804 them, so that they will say 559 z8804 in that x1931 day, 3117 Are not x3808 these x428 euils 7451 come y4672 z8804 vpon x4672 vs, because x5921 x3588 our God 430 is not x369 amongst 7130 vs?

 31:18 And I x595 will surely y5641 z8687 hide 5641 z8686 my face 6440 in that x1931 day, 3117 for x5921 all x3605 the euils 7451 which x834 they shal haue wrought, 6213 z8804 in that 3588 they are turned 6437 z8804 vnto x413 other 312 gods. 430

 31:19 Now x6258 therefore, write 3789 z8798 x853 ye this x2063 song 7892 for you, and teach 3925 z8761 it x853 the children 1121 of Israel: 3478 put 7760 z8798 it in their mouthes, 6310 that x4616 this x2063 song 7892 may be x1961 a witnesse 5707 for mee, against the children 1121 of Israel. 3478

 31:20 For x3588 when I shall haue brought 935 z8686 them into x413 the land 127 which x834 I sware 7650 z8738 vnto their fathers, 1 that floweth 2100 z8802 with milke 2461 and hony; 1706 and they shall haue eaten 398 z8804 and filled y7646 z8804 themselues, x7646 and waxen fat; 1878 z8804 then will they turne 6437 z8804 vnto x413 other 312 gods, 430 and serue 5647 z8804 them, and prouoke 5006 z8765 me, and breake 6565 z8689 x853 my couenant. 1285

 31:21 And it shall come to passe, x1961 when x3588 many 7227 euils 7451 and troubles 6869 are befallen 4672 z8799 them, that this x2063 song 7892 shall testifie 6030 z8804 against 6440 them as a witnesse: 5707 for x3588 it shall not x3808 bee forgotten 7911 z8735 out of the mouthes 6310 x4480 of their seed: 2233 for x3588 I know 3045 z8804 x853 their imagination 3336 which x834 they x1931 goe about 6213 z8802 euen now, 3117 before x2962 I haue brought 935 z8686 them into x413 the land, 776 which x834 I sware. 7650 z8738

 31:22 ¶ Moses 4872 therefore wrote 3789 z8799 x853 this x2063 song 7892 the same x1931 day, 3117 and taught 3925 z8762 it x853 the children 1121 of Israel. 3478

 31:23 And he gaue x6680 x853 Ioshua 3091 the sonne 1121 of Nun 5126 a charge, y6680 z8762 and said, 559 z8799 Bee strong, 2388 z8798 and of a good courage: 553 z8798 for x3588 thou x859 shalt bring 935 z8686 x853 the children 1121 of Israel 3478 into x413 the land 776 which x834 I sware 7650 z8738 vnto them: and I x595 will be x1961 with x5973 thee.

 31:24 ¶ And it came to passe x1961 when Moses 4872 had made an ende 3615 z8763 of writing 3789 z8800 x853 the wordes 1697 of this x2063 Law 8451 in x5921 a booke, 5612 vntill x5704 they were finished, 8552 z8800

 31:25 That Moses 4872 commaunded 6680 z8762 x853 the Leuites 3881 which bare 5375 z8802 the Arke 727 of the Couenant 1285 of the LORD, 3068 saying, 559 z8800

 31:26 Take 3947 z8800 x853 this x2088 booke 5612 of the Law, 8451 and put 7760 z8804 it in the side 6654 x4480 of the Arke 727 of the Couenant 1285 of the LORD 3068 your God, 430 that it may bee x1961 there x8033 for a witnesse 5707 against thee.

 31:27 For x3588 I x595 know 3045 z8804 x853 thy rebellion, 4805 and thy stiffe 7186 necke: 6203 Beholde, x2005 while I am yet x5750 aliue 2416 with x5973 you this day, 3117 yee haue bene x1961 rebellious 4784 z8688 against x5973 the LORD; 3068 and how x3588 much more x637 after 310 my death? 4194

 31:28 ¶ Gather 6950 z8685 vnto x413 mee x853 all x3605 the Elders 2205 of your tribes, 7626 and your Officers, 7860 z8802 that I may speake 1696 z8762 x853 these x428 words 1697 in their eares, 241 and call 5749 z0 x853 heauen 8064 and earth 776 to record y5749 z8686 against them.

 31:29 For x3588 I know, 3045 z8804 that after 310 my death 4194 yee will vtterly y7843 z8687 corrupt 7843 z8686 [your selues], and turne aside 5493 z8804 from x4480 the way, 1870 which x834 I haue commauded 6680 z8765 you: and euil 7451 wil befall 7122 z8804 you in the latter 319 dayes, 3117 because x3588 yee wil doe 6213 z8799 x853 euil 7451 in the sight 5869 of the LORD, 3068 to prouoke him to anger 3707 z8687 through the worke 4639 of your hands. 3027

 31:30 And Moses 4872 spake 1696 z8762 in the eares 241 of al x3605 the Cogregation 6951 of Israel 3478 x853 the words 1697 of this x2063 song, 7892 vntill x5704 they were ended. 8552 z8800
