Deuteronomie 14

1 God's children are not to disfigure themselves in mourning. 3 What may, and what may not be eaten, 4 of beasts, 9 of fishes, 11 of fowls. 21 That which dieth of itself may not be eaten. 22 Tithes of divine service. 23 Tithes and firstlings of rejoicing before the LORD. 28 The third year's tithe of alms and charity.

 14:1 ¶ Yee x859 [are] the children 1121 of the LORD 3068 your God: 430 yee shall not x3808 cutte y1413 z8704 your selues, x1413 nor x3808 make 7760 z8799 any baldnesse 7144 betweene x996 your eyes 5869 for the dead. 4191 z8801

 14:2 For x3588 thou x859 [art] an holy 6918 people 5971 vnto the LORD 3068 thy God, 430 and the LORD 3068 hath chosen 977 z8804 thee to be x1961 a peculiar 5459 people 5971 vnto himselfe, aboue all x4480 x3605 the nations 5971 that x834 are vpon 6440 x5921 the earth. 127

 14:3 ¶ Thou shalt not x3808 eate 398 z8799 any x3605 abominable thing. 8441

 14:4 These x2063 are the beasts 929 which x834 yee shall eate: 398 z8799 the oxe, 7794 the sheepe, 7716 3775 and the goat, 5795 x7716

 14:5 The Hart, 354 and the Roe bucke, 6643 and the fallow deere, 3180 and the wilde goat, 689 and the Pygarg, 1788 and the wilde oxe, 8377 and the chamois. 2169

 14:6 And euery x3605 beast 929 that parteth 6536 z8688 the hoofe, 6541 and cleaueth y8157 x8156 the clift y8156 z8802 x8157 into two 8147 clawes, 6541 [and] cheweth 5927 z8688 the cud 1625 amongst the beasts: 929 that ye shall eate. 398 z8799

 14:7 Neuerthelesse x389 x853 these x2088 yee shall not x3808 eate, 398 z8799 of them that chew 5927 z8688 x4480 the cud, 1625 or of them that diuide 6536 z8688 x4480 the clouen 8156 z8803 hoofe, 6541 [as] x853 the camel, 1581 and the hare, 768 and the cony: 8227 for x3588 they x1992 chew 5927 z8688 the cudde, 1625 but diuide 6536 z8689 not x3808 the hoofe, 6541 [therefore] they x1992 [are] vncleane 2931 vnto you.

 14:8 And the swine, 2386 because x3588 it x1931 diuideth 6536 z8688 the hoofe, 6541 yet cheweth not x3808 the cud, 1625 it x1931 [is] vncleane 2931 vnto you: ye shall not x3808 eate 398 z8799 of their flesh, 1320 x4480 nor x3808 touch 5060 z8799 their dead carkeise. 5038

 14:9 ¶ x853 These x2088 yee shall eate 398 z8799 of all x4480 x3605 that x834 [are] in the waters: 4325 all x3605 that x834 haue finnes 5579 and scales 7193 shall ye eate: 398 z8799

 14:10 And whatsoeuer x3605 x834 hath not x369 sinnes 5579 and scales, 7193 ye may not x3808 eat: 398 z8799 it x1931 [is] vncleane 2931 vnto you.

 14:11 ¶ Of all x3605 cleane 2889 birds 6833 ye shall eate. 398 z8799

 14:12 But these x2088 [are they] of which x834 ye shall not x3808 eat: 398 z8799 the Eagle, 5404 and the ossifrage, 6538 and the ospray, 5822

 14:13 And the glede, 7201 and the kite, 344 and the vulture 1772 after his kinde, 4327

 14:14 And euery x3605 rauen 6158 after his kinde, 4327

 14:15 And the owle, 1323 3284 & the night hawke, 8464 and the cuckow, 7828 and the hawke 5322 after his kinde, 4327

 14:16 x853 The little owle, 3563 and the great owle, 3244 and the swanne, 8580

 14:17 And the pellicane, 6893 and the Geer-eagle, 7360 and the cormorant, 7994

 14:18 And the Storke, 2624 and the Heron 601 after her kind, 4327 and the lapwing, 1744 and the batte. 5847

 14:19 And euery x3605 creeping thing 8318 that flyeth, 5775 is vncleane 2931 vnto you: they shall not x3808 be eaten. 398 z8735

 14:20 [But] of all x3605 cleane 2889 foules 5775 ye may eat. 398 z8799

 14:21 ¶ Ye shall not x3808 eate 398 z8799 of any x3605 thing that dieth of it selfe: 5038 thou shalt giue 5414 z8799 it vnto the stranger 1616 that x834 is in thy gates, 8179 that he may eate 398 z8804 it, or x176 thou mayest sell 4376 z8800 it vnto an alien: 5237 for x3588 thou x859 [art] an holy 6918 people 5971 vnto the LORD 3068 thy God. 430 Thou shalt not x3808 seethe 1310 z8762 a kidde 1423 in his mothers 517 milke. 2461

 14:22 Thou shalt truely y6237 z8763 tithe 6237 z8762 x853 all x3605 the increase 8393 of thy seede, 2233 that the field 7704 bringeth forth 3318 z8802 yeere 8141 by yeere. 8141

 14:23 And thou shalt eate 398 z8804 before 6440 the LORD 3068 thy God, 430 in the place 4725 which x834 he shall chuse 977 z8799 to place 7931 z8763 his Name 8034 there, x8033 the tithe 4643 of thy corne, 1715 of thy wine, 8492 and of thine oyle, 3323 and the firstlings 1062 of thy herdes, 1241 [and] of thy flockes: 6629 that x4616 thou mayest learne 3925 z8799 to feare 3372 z8800 x853 the LORD 3068 thy God 430 alwayes. 3117 x3605

 14:24 And if x3588 the way 1870 bee too long 7235 z8799 for x4480 thee, so that 3588 thou art not able 3201 z8799 x3808 to carie 5375 z8800 it, [or] if x3588 the place 4725 be too farre 7368 z8799 from x4480 thee, which x834 the LORD 3068 thy God 430 shall chuse 977 z8799 to set 7760 z8800 his name 8034 there, x8033 when x3588 the LORD 3068 thy God 430 hath blessed 1288 z8762 thee:

 14:25 Then shalt thou turne 5414 z8804 it into money, 3701 and binde vp 6696 z8804 the money 3701 in thine hand, 3027 and shalt goe 1980 z8804 vnto x413 the place 4725 which x834 the LORD 3068 thy God 430 shal chuse. 977 z8799

 14:26 And thou shalt bestow 5414 z8804 that money 3701 for whatsoeuer x3605 x834 thy soule 5315 lusteth after, 183 z8762 for oxen, 1241 or for sheepe, 6629 or for wine, 3196 or for strong drinke, 7941 or for whatsoeuer x3605 x834 thy soule 5315 desireth: 7592 z8799 and thou shalt eat 398 z8804 there x8033 before 6440 the LORD 3068 thy God, 430 and thou shalt reioyce, 8055 z8804 thou x859 and thine houshold. 1004

 14:27 And the Leuite 3881 that x834 is within thy gates, 8179 thou shalt not x3808 forsake 5800 z8799 him: for x3588 he hath no x369 part 2506 nor inheritance 5159 with x5973 thee.

 14:28 ¶ At the end 7097 x4480 of three 7969 yeres 8141 thou shalt bring forth 3318 z8686 x853 all x3605 the tithe 4643 of thine increase 8393 the same x1931 yeere, 8141 and shalt lay it vp y3240 z8689 x5117 within thy gates. 8179

 14:29 And the Leuite, 3881 because x3588 he hath no x369 part 2506 nor inheritance 5159 with x5973 thee, and the stranger, 1616 and the fatherlesse, 3490 and the widowe 490 which x834 are within thy gates, 8179 shall come 935 z8804 and shal eate, 398 z8804 and be satisfied, 7646 z8804 that x4616 the LORD 3068 thy God 430 may blesse 1288 z8762 thee, in all x3605 the worke 4639 of thine hande 3027 which x834 thou doest. 6213 z8799
