Deuteronomie 26

1 The confession of him that offereth the basket of firstfruits. 12 The prayer of him that giveth his third year's tithes. 16 The Covenant between God and the people.

 26:1 ¶ And it shall be x1961 when x3588 thou art come in 935 z8799 vnto x413 the land 776 which x834 the LORD 3068 430 giueth 5414 z8802 thee for an inheritance, 5159 and possessest 3423 z8804 it, and dwellest 3427 z8804 therein:

 26:2 That thou shalt take 3947 z8804 of the first 7225 x4480 of all x3605 the fruit 6529 of the earth, 127 which x834 thou shalt bring 935 z8686 of thy land 776 x4480 that x834 the LORD 3068 thy God 430 giueth 5414 z8802 thee, and shalt put 7760 z8804 it in a basket, 2935 and shalt goe 1980 z8804 vnto x413 the place 4725 which x834 the LORD 3068 thy God 430 shal choose 977 z8799 to place 7931 z8763 his Name 8034 there: x8033

 26:3 And thou shalt goe 935 z8804 vnto x413 the Priest 3548 that x834 shall be x1961 in those x1992 dayes, 3117 and say 559 z8804 vnto x413 him, I professe 5046 z8689 this day 3117 vnto the LORD 3068 thy God, 430 that x3588 I am come 935 z8804 vnto x413 the countrey 776 which x834 the LORD 3068 sware 7650 z8738 vnto our fathers 1 for to giue 5414 z8800 vs.

 26:4 And the Priest 3548 shall take 3947 z8804 the basket 2935 out of thine hand, 3027 x4480 and set it downe y3240 z8689 x5117 before 6440 the Altar 4196 of the LORD 3068 thy God. 430

 26:5 And thou shalt speake 6030 z8804 and say 559 z8804 before 6440 the LORD 3068 thy God, 430 A Syrian 761 ready to perish 6 z8802 [was] my father, 1 and hee went downe 3381 z8799 into Egypt, 4714 and soiourned 1481 z8799 there x8033 with y4962 a few, 4592 x4692 and became x1961 there x8033 a nation, 1471 great, 1419 mighty, 6099 and populous. 7227

 26:6 And the Egyptians 4713 euil intreated 7489 z8686 vs, and afflicted 6031 z8762 vs, and layd 5414 z8799 vpon x5921 vs hard 7186 bondage. 5656

 26:7 And when wee cryed 6817 z8799 vnto x413 the LORD 3068 God 430 of our fathers, 1 the LORD 3068 heard 8085 z8799 x853 our voyce, 6963 and looked y7200 z8799 on x7200 x853 our affliction, 6040 and our labour, 5999 and our oppression. 3906

 26:8 And the LORD 3068 brought vs foorth 3318 z8686 out of Egypt 4714 x4480 with a mightie 2389 hand, 3027 and with an out-stretched 5186 z8803 arme, 2220 and with great 1419 terriblenesse, 4172 and with signes, 226 and with wonders. 4159

 26:9 And he hath brought 935 z8686 vs into x413 this x2088 place, 4725 and hath giuen 5414 z8799 vs x853 this x2063 land, 776 [euen] a land 776 that floweth 2100 z8802 with milke 2461 and honie. 1706

 26:10 And now x6258 behold, x2009 I haue brought 935 z8689 x853 the First fruits 6529 7225 of the land, 127 which x834 thou, O LORD, 3068 hast giuen 5414 z8804 mee: and thou shalt set y3240 z8689 x5117 it before 6440 the LORD 3068 thy God, 430 and worship 7812 z8694 before 6440 the LORD 3068 thy God. 430

 26:11 And thou shalt reioyce 8055 z8804 in euery x3605 good 2896 thing, which x834 the LORD 3068 thy God 430 hath giuen 5414 z8804 vnto thee, and vnto thine house, 1004 thou, x859 and the Leuite, 3881 and the stranger 1616 that x834 is among 7130 you.

 26:12 ¶ When x3588 thou hast made an end 3615 z8762 of tithing 6237 z8687 x853 all x3605 the tithes 4643 of thine increase, 8393 the third 7992 yeere, 8141 [which is] the yeere 8141 of tything, 4643 and hast giuen 5414 z8804 [it] vnto the Leuite, 3881 the stranger, 1616 the fatherlesse, 3490 and the widow, 490 that they may eate 398 z8804 within thy gates, 8179 and be filled: 7646 z8804

 26:13 Then thou shalt say 559 z8804 before 6440 the LORD 3068 thy God, 430 I haue brought away 1197 z8765 the hallowed things 6944 out of x4480 [mine] house, 1004 and also x1571 haue giuen 5414 z8804 them vnto the Leuite, 3881 and vnto the stranger, 1616 to the fatherlesse, 3490 and to the widow, 490 according to all x3605 thy commandements, 4687 which x834 thou hast commanded 6680 z8765 me: I haue not x3808 transgressed 5674 z8804 thy commandements, 4687 x4480 neither x3808 haue I forgotten 7911 z8804 [them].

 26:14 I haue not x3808 eaten 398 z8804 thereof x4480 in my mourning, 205 neither x3808 haue I taken away 1197 z8765 ought thereof x4480 for any vncleane 2931 [vse], nor x3808 giuen 5414 z8804 ought thereof x4480 for the dead: 4191 z8801 [but] I haue hearkened 8085 z8804 to the voyce 6963 of the LORD 3068 my God, 430 [and] haue done 6213 z8804 according to all x3605 that x834 thou hast commaunded 6680 z8765 me.

 26:15 Looke downe 8259 z8685 from thy holy 6944 habitation, 4583 x4480 from x4480 heauen, 8064 and blesse 1288 z8761 x853 thy people 5971 x853 Israel, 3478 and the land 127 which x834 thou hast giuen 5414 z8804 vs, as x834 thou swarest 7650 z8738 vnto our fathers, 1 a land 776 that floweth 2100 z8802 with milke 2461 and hony. 1706

 26:16 ¶ This x2088 day 3117 the LORD 3068 thy God 430 hath commanded 6680 z8764 thee to doe 6213 z8800 x853 these x428 Statutes 2706 and Iudgements: 4941 thou shalt therefore keepe 8104 z8804 and doe 6213 z8804 them with all x3605 thine heart, 3824 and with all x3605 thy soule. 5315

 26:17 Thou hast auouched 559 z8689 x853 the LORD 3068 this day 3117 to be x1961 thy God, 430 and to walke y3212 z8800 x1980 in his wayes, 1870 and to keepe 8104 z8800 his Statutes, 2706 and his Commaundements, 4687 and his Iudgements, 4941 and to hearken 8085 z8800 vnto his voice. 6963

 26:18 And the LORD 3068 hath auouched 559 z8689 thee this day 3117 to be x1961 his peculiar 5459 people, 5971 as x834 he hath promised 1696 z8765 thee, and that [thou] shouldest keepe 8104 z8800 all x3605 his Commaundements: 4687

 26:19 And to make 5414 z8800 thee high 5945 aboue x5921 all x3605 nations 1471 which x834 he hath made, 6213 z8804 in praise 8416 and in name, 8034 and in honour, 8597 and that thou mayest be x1961 an holy 6918 people 5971 vnto the LORD 3068 thy God, 430 as x834 he hath spoken. 1696 z8765
