Ezekiel 34

1 A reproof of the shepherds. 7 God's judgment against them. 11 His providence for his flock. 20 The Kingdom of Christ.

 34:1 ¶ And the word 1697 of ye LORD 3068 came x1961 vnto x413 me, saying; 559 z8800

 34:2 Sonne 1121 of man, 120 prophecie 5012 z8734 against x5921 the shepheards 7462 z8802 of Israel, 3478 prophecie 5012 z8734 and say 559 z8804 vnto x413 them, Thus x3541 saith 559 z8804 the Lord 136 GOD 3069 vnto the shepheards, 7462 z8802 Woe 1945 [be] to the shepheards 7462 z8802 of Israel 3478 that x834 doe feede 7462 z8802 x1961 themselues: should not x3808 the shepheards 7462 z8802 feede 7462 z8799 the flockes? 6629

 34:3 Yee eate 398 z8799 x853 the fat, 2459 and ye clothe 3847 z8799 you with x854 the wooll, 6785 yee kill 2076 z8799 them that are fed: 1277 [but] ye feede 7462 z8799 not x3808 the flocke. 6629

 34:4 x853 The diseased 2470 z8737 haue ye not x3808 strengthened, 2388 z8765 neither x3808 haue yee healed 7495 z8765 that which was sicke, 2470 z8802 neither x3808 haue ye bound vp 2280 z8804 that which was broken, 7665 z8737 neither x3808 haue yee brought againe 7725 z8689 that which was driuen away, 5080 z8737 neither x3808 haue yee sought 1245 z8765 that which was lost; 6 z8802 but with force 2394 and with crueltie 6531 haue yee ruled 7287 z8804 them.

 34:5 And they were scattered 6327 z8799 because [there is] no x4480 x1097 shepheard: 7462 z8802 and they became x1961 meate 402 to all x3605 the beasts 2416 of the field, 7704 when they were scattered. 6327 z8799

 34:6 My sheepe 6629 wandered 7686 z8799 through all x3605 the mountaines, 2022 and vpon x5921 euery x3605 high 7311 z8802 hill: 1389 yea my flocke 6629 was scattered 6327 z8738 vpon x5921 all x3605 the face 6440 of the earth, 776 and none x369 did search 1875 z8802 or seeke 1245 z8764 [after them].

 34:7 ¶ Therefore, x3651 yee shepheards, 7462 z8802 heare 8085 z8798 x853 the word 1697 of the LORD. 3068

 34:8 As I x589 liue, 2416 saith 5002 z8803 the Lord 136 GOD, 3069 surely x518 x3808 because x3282 my flocke 6629 became x1961 a pray, 957 and my flocke 6629 became x1961 meate 402 to euery x3605 beast 2416 of the field, 7704 because [there was] no x4480 x369 shepheard, 7462 z8802 neither x3808 did my shepheards 7462 z8802 search 1875 z8804 x853 for my flocke, 6629 but the shepheards 7462 z8802 fed 7462 z8799 themselues, and fed 7462 z8804 not x3808 my flocke: 6629

 34:9 Therefore, x3651 O yee shepheards, 7462 z8802 heare 8085 z8798 the word 1697 of the LORD. 3068

 34:10 Thus x3541 saith 559 z8804 the Lord 136 GOD, 3069 Behold, x2009 I [am] against x413 the shepheards, 7462 z8802 and I will require 1875 z8804 x853 my flocke 6629 at their hand, 3027 x4480 and cause them to cease 7673 z8689 from feeding 7462 z8800 x4480 the flocke, 6629 neither x3808 shall the shepheards 7462 z8802 feede 7462 z8799 themselues any more: x5750 for I will deliuer 5337 z8689 my flock 6629 from their mouth, 6310 x4480 that they may not x3808 be x1961 meat 402 for them.

 34:11 ¶ For x3588 thus x3541 saith 559 z8804 the Lord 136 GOD, 3069 Behold, x2009 I, [euen] I x589 will both search 1875 z8804 x853 my sheepe, 6629 and seeke them out. 1239 z8765

 34:12 As a shepheard 7462 z8802 seeketh out 1243 his flocke 5739 in the day 3117 that hee is x1961 among 8432 his sheepe 6629 that are scattered: y6567 z8737 x6566 so x3651 wil I seeke out 1239 z8762 x853 my sheep, 6629 and will deliuer 5337 z8689 them out of all x4480 x3605 places, 4725 where x834 x8033 they haue bene scattered 6327 z8738 in the cloudie 6051 and darke 6205 day. 3117

 34:13 And I will bring them out 3318 z8689 from x4480 the people, 5971 and gather 6908 z8765 them from x4480 the countreys, 776 and will bring 935 z8689 them to x413 their owne land, 127 and feede 7462 z8804 them vpon x413 the mountaines 2022 of Israel 3478 by the riuers, 650 and in all x3605 the inhabited places 4186 of the countrey, 776

 34:14 I will feede 7462 z8799 them in a good 2896 pasture, 4829 and vpon the high 4791 mountaines 2022 of Israel 3478 shall their folde 5116 be: x1961 there x8033 shall they lie 7257 z8799 in a good 2896 folde, 5116 and [in] a fat 8082 pasture 4829 shall they feede 7462 z8799 vpon x413 the mountaines 2022 of Israel. 3478

 34:15 I x589 will feed 7462 z8799 my flocke, 6629 and I x589 will cause them to lie downe, 7257 z8686 saith 5002 z8803 the Lord 136 GOD. 3069

 34:16 I will seeke 1245 z8762 x853 that which was lost, 6 z8802 and bring againe 7725 z8686 that which was driuen away, 5080 z8737 and will bind vp 2280 z8799 that which was broken, 7665 z8737 and will strengthen 2388 z8762 that which was sicke: 2470 z8802 but I will destroy 8045 z8686 the fat 8082 and the strong, 2389 I will feed 7462 z8799 them with iudgement. 4941

 34:17 And as for you, 859 O my flocke, 6629 thus x3541 saith 559 z8804 the Lord 136 GOD, 3069 Behold, x2009 I iudge 8199 z8802 betweene x996 cattell 7716 and cattell, 7716 betweene the rammes 352 and the hee goates. 6260

 34:18 Seemeth it a small thing 4592 vnto x4480 you, to haue eaten vp 7462 z8799 the good 2896 pasture, 4829 but ye must tread downe 7429 z8799 with your feet 7272 the residue 3499 of your pastures? 4829 and to haue drunke 8354 z8799 of the deepe 4950 waters, 4325 but yee must fonle 7515 z8799 the residue 3498 z8737 with your feete? 7272

 34:19 And as for my flocke, 6629 they eate 7462 z8799 that which yee haue troden 4823 with your feete: 7272 and they drinke 8354 z8799 that which yee haue fouled 4833 with your feete. 7272

 34:20 ¶ Therefore x3651 thus x3541 saith 559 z8804 the Lord 136 GOD 3069 vnto x413 them, Behold, x2009 I, x589 [euen] I will iudge 8199 z8804 betweene x996 the fat y1274 x1277 cattell, 7716 and betweene x996 the leane 7330 cattell. 7716

 34:21 Because x3282 yee haue thrust 1920 z8799 with side 6654 and with shoulder, 3802 and pusht 5055 z8762 all x3605 the diseased 2470 z8737 with your hornes, 7161 till x5704 x834 yee haue scattered 6327 z8689 them abroad: 2351 x413

 34:22 Therefore will I saue 3467 z8689 my flocke, 6629 and they shall no x3808 more x5750 be x1961 a pray, 957 and I will iudge 8199 z8804 betweene x996 cattell 7716 and cattell. 7716

 34:23 And I will set vp 6965 z8689 one 259 shepheard 7462 z8802 ouer x5921 them, and hee shall feede 7462 z8804 them, [euen] x853 my seruant 5650 Dauid; 1732 he shall feede 7462 z8799 them, and hee x1931 shall be x1961 their shepheard. 7462 z8802

 34:24 And I x589 the LORD 3068 will be x1961 their God, 430 and my seruant 5650 Dauid 1732 a prince 5387 among 8432 them, I x589 the LORD 3068 haue spoken 1696 z8765 [it].

 34:25 And I will make 3772 z8804 with them a couenant 1285 of peace, 7965 and will cause the euill 7451 beasts 2416 to cease 7673 z8689 out of x4480 the land: 776 and they shall dwell 3427 z8804 safely 983 in the wildernesse, 4057 and sleepe 3462 z8804 in the woods. 3293 z8675 y3264

 34:26 And I will make 5414 z8804 them and the places round about 5439 my hill, 1389 a blessing; 1293 and I will cause the showre 1653 to come downe 3381 z8689 in his season: 6256 there shall bee x1961 showres 1653 of blessing. 1293

 34:27 And the tree 6086 of the field 7704 shal yeeld 5414 z8804 x853 her fruite, 6529 and the earth 776 shall yeeld 5414 z8799 her increase, 2981 and they shall be x1961 safe 983 in x5921 their land, 127 and shall know 3045 z8804 that x3588 I x589 [am] the LORD, 3068 when I haue broken 7665 z8800 x853 the bands 4133 of their yoke, 5923 and deliuered 5337 z8689 them out of the hand 3027 x4480 of those that serued 5647 z8802 themselues of them.

 34:28 And they shall no x3808 more x5750 be x1961 a pray 957 to the heathen, 1471 neither x3808 shall the beasts 2416 of the land 776 deuoure 398 z8799 them; but they shall dwell 3427 z8804 safely, 983 and none x369 shall make [them] afraide. 2729 z8688

 34:29 And I will raise vp 6965 z8689 for them a plant 4302 of renowne, 8034 and they shall be x1961 no x3808 more x5750 consumed 622 z8803 with hunger 7458 in the land, 776 neither x3808 beare 5375 z8799 the shame 3639 of the heathen 1471 any more. x5750

 34:30 Thus shall they know 3045 z8804 that x3588 I x589 the LORD 3068 their God 430 [am] with x854 them, and that they, x1992 [euen] the house 1004 of Israel, 3478 [are] my people, 5971 saith 5002 z8803 the Lord 136 GOD. 3069

 34:31 And yee 859 my flocke 6629 of my pasture, 4830 [are] men, 120 [and] I x589 [am] your God, 430 saith 5002 z8803 the Lord 136 GOD. 3069
