Ezekiel 13

1 The reproof of lying prophets, 10 and their untempered morter. 17 Of prophetesses and their pillows.

 13:1 ¶ And the worde 1697 of the LORD 3068 came x1961 vnto x413 mee, saying; 559 z8800

 13:2 Sonne 1121 of man, 120 prophecie 5012 z8734 against x413 the Prophets 5030 of Israel 3478 that prophecie, 5012 z8737 and say 559 z8804 thou vnto them that prophecie 5030 out of their owne hearts, 3820 x4480 Heare 8085 z8798 ye the word 1697 of the LORD. 3068

 13:3 Thus x3541 saith 559 z8804 the Lord 136 GOD; 3069 Woe 1945 vnto x5921 the foolish 5036 prophets, 5030 that x834 follow 1980 310 z8802 their owne spirit, 7307 and haue seene 7200 z8804 nothing. x1115

 13:4 O Israel, 3478 thy prophets 5030 [are] x1961 like the foxes 7776 in the deserts. 2723

 13:5 Yee haue not x3808 gone vp 5927 z8804 into the gaps, 6556 neither made vp 1443 z8799 the hedge 1447 for x5921 the house 1004 of Israel, 3478 to stand 5975 z8800 in the battell 4421 in the day 3117 of the LORD. 3068

 13:6 They haue seene 2372 z8804 vanity, 7723 and lying 3577 diuination, 7081 saying; 559 z8802 The LORD 3068 saith, 5002 z8803 and the LORD 3068 hath not x3808 sent 7971 z8804 them: and they haue made [others] to hope, 3176 z8765 that they would confirme 6965 z8763 the word. 1697

 13:7 Haue ye not x3808 seene 2372 z8804 a vaine 7723 vision, 4236 and haue ye not spoken y1696 z8765 x559 a lying 3577 diuination, 4738 whereas yee say, 559 z8802 The LORD 3068 sayth 5002 z8803 [it], albeit I x589 haue not x3808 spoken? y559 z8804 x1696

 13:8 Therefore x3651 thus x3541 saith 559 z8804 the Lord 136 GOD; 3069 Because x3282 ye haue spoken 1696 z8763 vanity 7723 and seene 2372 z8804 lyes, 3577 therefore x3651 behold, x2009 I [am] against x413 you, saith 5002 z8803 the Lord 136 GOD. 3069

 13:9 And mine hand 3027 shall be x1961 vpon x413 the Prophets 5030 that see y2374 x2372 vanitie, 7723 and that diuine 7080 z8802 lyes: 3577 they shall not x3808 bee x1961 in the assembly 5475 of my people, 5971 neither x3808 shall they be written 3789 z8735 in the writing 3791 of the house 1004 of Israel, 3478 neither x3808 shall they enter 935 z8799 into x413 the land 127 of Israel, 3478 and ye shall know 3045 z8804 that x3588 I x589 [am] the Lord 136 GOD. 3069

 13:10 ¶ Because, x3282 euen because x3282 they haue seduced 2937 z8689 x853 my people, 5971 saying; 559 z8800 Peace, 7965 and [there was] no x369 peace: 7965 and one x1931 built vp 1129 z8802 a wall, 2434 and loe, 2009 others dawbed 2902 z8802 it with vntempered 8602 morter,

 13:11 Say 559 z8798 vnto x413 them which dawbe 2902 z8802 it with vntempered 8602 [morter], that it shall fall: 5307 z8799 there shall bee x1961 an ouerflowing 7857 z8802 showre, 1653 and yee, 859 O great haile stones, 417 68 shal fall, 5307 z8799 and a stormie 5591 wind 7307 shal rent 1234 z8762 [it].

 13:12 Loe, x2009 when the wall 7023 is fallen, 5307 z8804 shall it not x3808 bee sayde 559 z8735 vnto x413 you; Where x346 [is] the dawbing 2915 wherwith x834 ye haue dawbed 2902 z8804 [it]?

 13:13 Therefore x3651 thus x3541 sayth 559 z8804 the Lord 136 GOD; 3069 I will euen rent 1234 z8765 [it] with a stormie 5591 wind 7307 in my fury: 2534 and there shall be x1961 an ouerflowing 7857 z8802 showre 1653 in mine anger, 639 and great hailestones 417 68 in [my] fury, 2534 to consume 3617 [it].

 13:14 So wil I breake downe 2040 z8804 x853 the wall 7023 that x834 ye haue dawbed 2902 z8804 with vntempered 8602 [morter], & bring y5060 z8689 it downe x5060 to x413 the ground, 776 so that the foundation 3247 thereof shall be discouered, 1540 z8738 and it shall fall, 5307 z8804 and ye shall be consumed 3615 z8804 in the middest 8432 thereof: and ye shall know 3045 z8804 that x3588 I x589 [am] the LORD. 3068

 13:15 Thus will I accomplish 3615 z8765 x853 my wrath 2534 vpon the wall, 7023 and vpon them that haue dawbed 2902 z8802 it with vntempered 8602 [morter], and will say 559 z8799 vnto you; The wall 7023 [is] no x369 [more], neither x369 they that dawbed 2902 z8802 it:

 13:16 [To wit], the Prophets 5030 of Israel 3478 which prophecie 5012 z8737 concerning x413 Ierusalem, 3389 and which see y2374 x2372 visions 2377 of peace 7965 for her, and [there is] no x369 peace, 7965 sayth 5002 z8803 the Lord 136 GOD. 3069

 13:17 ¶ Likewise thou x859 sonne 1121 of man, 120 set 7760 z8798 thy face 6440 against x413 the daughters 1323 of thy people; 5971 which prophecie 5012 z8693 out of x4480 their owne heart, 3820 and prophecie 5012 z8734 thou against x5921 them,

 13:18 And say, 559 z8804 Thus x3541 saith 559 z8804 the Lord 136 GOD; 3069 Woe 1945 to the [women] that sow 8609 z8764 pillowes 3704 to x5921 all x3605 arme holes, 679 3027 and make 6213 z8802 kerchiefes 4555 vpon x5921 the head 7218 of euery x3605 stature 6967 to hunt 6679 z8780 soules: 5315 Will ye hunt 6679 z8779 the soules 5315 of my people, 5971 and will yee saue y2421 z0 the soules y5315 aliue 2421 z8762 x5315 [that come] vnto you?

 13:19 And will yee pollute 2490 z8762 me among x413 my people 5971 for handfuls 8168 of barley, 8184 and for pieces 6595 of bread, 3899 to slay 4191 z8687 the soules 5315 that x834 should not x3808 die, 4191 z8799 and to saue y2421 z0 the soules y5315 aliue 2421 z8763 x5315 that x834 should not x3808 liue, 2421 z8799 by your lying 3576 z8763 to my people 5971 that heare 8085 z8802 [your] lyes? 3577

 13:20 Wherefore x3651 thus x3541 sayth 559 z8804 the Lord 136 GOD, 3069 Behold, x2009 I [am] against x413 your pillowes, 3704 wherewith x834 yee 859 there x8033 hunt 6679 z8781 x853 the soules 5315 to make [them] flie, 6524 z8802 and I will teare 7167 z8804 them from x4480 x5921 your armes, 2220 and will let the soules y5315 goe, 7971 z8765 x853 x5315 [euen] x853 the soules 5315 that x834 ye x859 hunt 6679 z8781 to make them flie. 6524 z8802

 13:21 x853 Your kerchiefes 4555 also will I teare, 7167 z8804 and deliuer 5337 z8689 x853 my people 5971 out of your hand, 3027 x4480 and they shalbe x1961 no x3808 more x5750 in your hand 3027 to be hunted, 4686 and yee shall know 3045 z8804 that x3588 I x589 [am] the LORD. 3068

 13:22 Because x3282 with lyes 8267 yee haue made the heart 3820 of the righteous 6662 sad 3512 z8687 whom I x589 haue not x3808 made sad; 3510 z8689 and strengthened 2388 z8763 the hands 3027 of the wicked, y7451 x7563 that hee should not x1115 returne 7725 z8800 from his wicked y7563 way 1870 x4480 x7451 by promising him life: 2421 z8687

 13:23 Therefore x3651 yee shall see 2372 z8799 no x3808 more x5750 vanitie, 7723 nor x3808 diuine 7080 z8799 diuinations, 7081 for I will deliuer 5337 z8689 x853 my people 5971 out of your hand, 3027 x4480 and ye shall knowe 3045 z8804 that x3588 I x589 [am] the LORD. 3068
