Ezekiel 19

1 A lamentation for the princes of Israel, under the parable of lions' whelps taken in a pit, 10 and for Jerusalem, under the parable of a wasted vine.

 19:1 ¶ Moreouer, take thou vp 5375 z8798 x859 a lamentation 7015 for x413 the princes 5387 of Israel, 3478

 19:2 And say, 559 z8804 What x4100 [is] thy mother? 517 a lyonesse: 3833 shee lay downe 7257 z8804 among x996 lions, 738 she nourished 7235 z8765 her whelpes 1482 among 8432 yong lions. 3715

 19:3 And shee brought vp 5927 z8686 one 259 of her whelps: 1482 x4480 it became x1961 a yong lion, 3715 & it learned 3925 z8799 to catch 2963 z8800 the pray, 2964 it deuoured 398 z8804 men. 120

 19:4 The nations 1471 also heard 8085 z8799 of x413 him, hee was taken 8610 z8738 in their pit, 7845 and they brought 935 z8686 him with chaines 2397 vnto x413 the land 776 of Egypt. 4714

 19:5 Now when she saw 7200 z8799 that x3588 shee had waited, 3176 z8738 [and] her hope 8615 was lost, 6 z8804 then she tooke 3947 z8799 another 259 of her whelps, 1482 x4480 [and] made 7760 z8804 him a yong lion. 3715

 19:6 And he went vp and downe 1980 z8691 among 8432 the lions, 738 he became x1961 a yong lion, 3715 and learned 3925 z8799 to catch 2963 z8800 the pray, 2964 [and] deuoured 398 z8804 men. 120

 19:7 And he knew 3045 z8799 there desolate palaces, y490 x759 and he laied waste 2717 z8689 their cities, 5892 and the land 776 was desolate, 3456 z8799 and the fulnesse 4393 thereof by the noise 6963 x4480 of his roaring. 7581

 19:8 Then the nations 1471 set 5414 z8799 against x5921 him on euery side 5439 from the prouinces, 4082 x4480 and spread 6566 z8799 their net 7568 ouer x5921 him: he was taken 8610 z8738 in their pit. 7845

 19:9 And they put 5414 z8799 him in ward 5474 in chaines, 2397 and brought 935 z8686 him to x413 the king 4428 of Babylon, 894 they brought 935 z8686 him into holds, y4685 x4679 that x4616 his voyce 6963 should no x3808 more x5750 be heard 8085 z8735 vpon x413 the mountaines 2022 of Israel. 3478

 19:10 ¶ Thy mother 517 [is] like a vine 1612 in thy blood, 1818 z8676 planted 8362 z8803 by x5921 the waters, 4325 she was x1961 fruitfull 6509 z8802 and full of branches 6058 by reason of many 7227 waters, 4325 x4480

 19:11 And she had x1961 strong 5797 rods 4294 for x413 the scepters 7626 of them that beare rule, 4910 z8802 and her stature 6967 was exalted 1361 z8799 among x5921 x996 the thicke branches, 5688 & she appeared 7200 z8735 in her height 1363 with the multitude 7230 of her branches. 1808

 19:12 But she was plucked vp 5428 z8714 in fury: 2534 she was cast downe 7993 z8717 to the ground, 776 and the East 6921 wind 7307 dryed vp 3001 z8689 her fruite: 6529 her strong 5797 rods 4294 were broken 6561 z8694 and withered, 3001 z8804 the fire 784 consumed 398 z8804 them.

 19:13 And now x6258 she [is] planted 8362 z8803 in the wildernesse, 4057 in a dry 6723 and thirsty 6772 ground. 776

 19:14 And fire 784 is gone out 3318 z8799 of a rod 4294 x4480 of her branches, 905 [which] hath deuoured 398 z8804 her fruite, 6529 so that she hath x1961 no x3808 strong 5797 rod 4294 [to be] a scepter 7626 to rule: 4910 z8800 this x1931 [is] a lamentation, 7015 and shall be x1961 for a lamentation. 7015
