Prouerbs 14

1 From this chapter to the five and twentieth are sundry observations of moral virtues, and their contrary vices.

 14:1 ¶ Euery wise 2454 woman 802 buildeth 1129 z8804 her house; 1004 but the foolish 200 plucketh it downe 2040 z8799 with her hands. 3027

 14:2 He that walketh 1980 z8802 in his vprightnesse, 3476 feareth y3373 x3372 the LORD: 3068 but he that is peruerse 3868 z8737 in his wayes, 1870 despiseth 959 z8802 him.

 14:3 In the mouth 6310 of the foolish 191 [is] a rod 2415 of pride: 1346 but the lippes 8193 of the wise 2450 shall preserue 8104 z8799 them.

 14:4 Where no x369 Oxen 504 [are], the crib 18 [is] cleane: 1249 but much 7230 increase 8393 [is] by the strength 3581 of the Oxe. 7794

 14:8 The wisedome 2451 of the prudent 6175 [is] to vnderstand 995 z8687 his way: 1870 but the folly 200 of fooles 3684 [is] deceit. 4820

 14:9 Fooles 191 make a mocke 3887 z8686 at sinne: 817 but among x996 the righteous 3477 [there is] fauour. 7522

 14:12 There is 3426 a way 1870 which seemeth right 3477 vnto 6440 a man: 376 but the end 319 thereof [are] the wayes 1870 of death. 4194

 14:13 Euen x1571 in laughter 7814 the heart 3820 is sorrowfull; 3510 z8799 and the end 319 of that mirth 8057 [is] heauinesse. 8424

 14:14 The backslider 5472 z8803 in heart 3820 shall be filled 7646 z8799 with his owne wayes: 1870 x4480 and a good 2896 man 376 [shall be satisfied] from x4480 x5921 himselfe.

 14:15 The simple 6612 beleeueth 539 z8686 euery x3605 word: 1697 but the prudent 6175 man looketh well 995 z8799 to his going. 838

 14:16 A wise 2450 man feareth, 3373 and departeth 5493 z8802 from euill: 7451 x4480 but the foole 3684 rageth, 5674 z8693 and is confident. 982 z8802

 14:24 The crowne 5850 of the wise 2450 [is] their riches: 6239 [but] the foolishnesse 200 of fooles 3684 [is] folly. 200

 14:27 The feare 3374 of the LORD, 3068 [is] a fountaine 4726 of life, 2416 to depart 5493 z8800 from the snares 4170 x4480 of death. 4194

 14:28 In the multitude 7230 of people 5971 [is] the kings 4428 honour: 1927 but in the want 657 of people 3816 [is] the destruction 4288 of the prince. 7333
