Prouerbs 11

1 From this chapter to the five and twentieth are sundry observations of moral virtues, and their contrary vices.

 11:1 ¶ A false 4820 ballance 3976 [is] abomination 8441 to the LORD: 3068 but a iust 8003 weight 68 is his delight. 7522

 11:2 [When] pride 2087 commeth, 935 z8804 then commeth 935 z8799 shame: 7036 but with x854 the lowly 6800 z8803 [is] wisedome. 2451

 11:3 The integritie 8538 of the vpright 3477 shall guide 5148 z8686 them: but the peruersenesse 5558 of transgressours 898 z8802 shall destroy 7703 z8799 z8675 z8804 them.

 11:4 Riches 1952 profite 3276 z8686 not x3808 in the day 3117 of wrath: 5678 but righteousnesse 6666 deliuereth 5337 z8686 from death. 4194 x4480

 11:5 The righteousnesse 6666 of the perfect 8549 shall direct 3474 z8762 his way: 1870 but the wicked 7563 shall fall 5307 z8799 by his owne wickednesse. 7564

 11:6 The righteousnesse 6666 of the vpright 3477 shall deliuer 5337 z8686 them: but transgressours 898 z8802 shall be taken 3920 z8735 in [their owne] naughtinesse. 1942

 11:7 When a wicked 7563 man 120 dieth, 4194 his expectation 8615 shall perish: 6 z8799 and the hope 8431 of vniust 205 men perisheth. 6 z8804

 11:12 He that is void 2638 of wisedome, 3820 despiseth 936 z8802 his neighbour: 7453 but a man 376 of vnderstanding 8394 holdeth his peace. 2790 z8686

 11:18 The wicked 7563 worketh 6213 z8802 a deceitfull 8267 worke: 6468 but to him that soweth 2232 z8802 righteousnesse, 6666 shall be a sure 571 reward. 7938

 11:19 As x3651 righteousnesse 6666 [tendeth] to life: 2416 so he that pursueth 7291 z8764 euill, 7451 [pursueth it] to his owne death. 4194

 11:20 They that are of a froward 6141 heart, 3820 are abomination 8441 to the LORD: 3068 but such as are vpright 8549 in [their] way, 1870 are his delight. 7522

 11:21 [Though] hand 3027 [ioyne] in hand, 3027 the wicked 7451 shall not x3808 be vnpunished: 5352 z8735 but the seede 2233 of the righteous 6662 shall be deliuered. 4422 z8738

 11:22 [As] a iewell 5141 of golde 2091 in a swines 2386 snowt; 639 [so is] a faire 3303 woman 802 which is without 5493 z8802 discretion. 2940

 11:23 The desire 8378 of the righteous 6662 [is] onely x389 good: 2896 [but] the expectation 8615 of the wicked 7563 [is] wrath. 5678

 11:24 There is 3426 that scattereth, 6340 z8764 and yet x5750 increaseth; 3254 z8737 and [there is] that withholdeth 2820 z8802 more then is meete, 3476 x4480 but [it tendeth] to pouertie. 4270

 11:25 The liberall 1293 soule 5315 shalbe made fat: 1878 z8792 and he that watereth, 7301 z8688 shall be watered 3384 z8686 also x1571 himselfe. x1931

 11:26 Hee that withholdeth 4513 z8802 corne, 1250 the people 3816 shall curse y5344 z8799 x6895 him: but blessing 1293 [shall be] vpon the head 7218 of him that selleth 7666 z8688 [it].

 11:27 He that diligently seeketh 7836 z8802 good, 2896 procureth 1245 z8762 fauour: 7522 but hee that seeketh 1875 z8802 mischiefe, 7451 it shall come 935 z8799 vnto him.

 11:28 He x1931 that trusteth 982 z8802 in his riches, 6239 shall fall: 5307 z8799 but the righteous 6662 shall flourish 6524 z8799 as a branch. 5929

 11:29 He that troubleth 5916 z8802 his owne house, 1004 shall inherite 5157 z8799 the winde: 7307 and the foole 191 [shall be] seruant 5650 to the wise 2450 of heart. 3820

 11:30 The fruit 6529 of the righteous 6662 [is] a tree 6086 of life: 2416 and hee that winneth 3947 z8802 soules, 5315 [is] wise. 2450

 11:31 Behold, x2005 the righteous 6662 shalbe recompensed 7999 z8792 in the earth: 776 much more x637 x3588 the wicked 7563 and the sinner. 2398 z8802
