Genesis 19

1 Lot entertaineth two angels. 4 The vicious Sodomites are stricken with blindness. 12 Lot is sent for safety into the mountains. 18 He obtaineth leave to go into Zoar. 24 Sodom and Gomorrah are destroyed. 26 Lot's wife is a pillar of salt. 30 Lot dwelleth in a cave. 31 The incestuous original of Moab and Ammon.

 19:1 ¶ And there came 935 z8799 two 8147 Angels 4397 to Sodome 5467 at euen, 6153 and Lot 3876 sate 3427 z8802 in the gate 8179 of Sodome: 5467 and Lot 3876 seeing 7200 z8799 [them], rose vp 6965 z8799 to meet 7125 z8800 them, and he bowed y7812 z8691 himselfe x7812 with his face 639 toward the ground. 776

 19:2 And he said, 559 z8799 Beholde x2009 now x4994 my Lords, 113 turne in, 5493 z8798 I pray you, x4994 into x413 your seruants 5650 house, 1004 and tarie all night, 3885 z8798 and wash 7364 z8798 your feete, 7272 and ye shall rise vp early 7925 z8689 and goe 1980 z8804 on your wayes. 1870 And they said, 559 z8799 Nay: x3808 but x3588 we wil abide y3885 z0 in the street y7339 all night. 3885 z8799 x7339

 19:3 And he pressed 6484 z8799 vpon them greatly, 3966 and they turned in 5493 z8799 vnto x413 him, and entred 935 z8799 into x413 his house: 1004 and he made 6213 z8799 them a feast, 4960 and did bake 644 z8804 vnleauened bread, 4682 and they did eate. 398 z8799

 19:4 ¶ But before x2962 they lay downe, 7901 z8799 the men y582 x376 of the citie, 5892 [euen] the men y582 x376 of Sodom, 5467 compassed 5437 z0 x5921 the house 1004 round, y5437 z8738 both old 2205 and yong, 5288 x4480 all x3605 the people 5971 from euery quarter. 7097 x4480

 19:5 And they called 7121 z8799 vnto x413 Lot, 3876 and said 559 z8799 vnto him, Where x346 are the men y582 x376 which x834 came in 935 z8804 to x413 thee this night? 3915 bring them out 3318 z8685 vnto x413 vs, that we may know 3045 z8799 them.

 19:6 And Lot 3876 went out 3318 z8799 at the doore 6607 vnto x413 them, & shut 5462 z8804 the doore 1817 after x310 him, y310

 19:7 And said, 559 z8799 I pray you, x4994 brethren, 251 doe not so wickedly. 7489 z8686 x408

 19:8 Behold x2009 now, x4994 I haue two 8147 daughters, 1323 which x834 haue not x3808 knowen 3045 z8804 man; 376 let mee, I pray you, x4994 bring them out 3318 z8686 x853 vnto x413 you, and doe 6213 z8798 ye to them, as is good 2896 in your eyes: 5869 onely x7535 vnto these 411 men y582 x376 do 6213 z8799 nothing: 408 1697 for x3588 therefore x5921 x3651 came 935 z8804 they vnder the shadow 6738 of my roofe. 6982

 19:9 And they said, 559 z8799 Stand 5066 z8798 backe. 1973 And they said 559 z8799 againe, This one 259 [fellow] came in 935 z8804 to soiourne, 1481 z8800 and he will needs y8199 z8800 bee a Iudge: 8199 z8799 Now x6258 wil we deale worse 7489 z8686 with thee, then x4480 with them. And they pressed 6484 z8799 sore 3966 vpon the man, 376 [euen] Lot, 3876 and came neere 5066 z8799 to breake 7665 z8800 the doore. 1817

 19:10 But the men y582 x376 put forth 7971 z8799 x853 their hand, 3027 and pulled 935 z8686 x853 Lot 3876 into the house 1004 to x413 them, and shut y5462 z8804 to x5462 the doore. 1817

 19:11 And they smote 5221 z8689 the men y582 x376 that x834 [were] at the doore 6607 of the house, 1004 with blindnes, 5575 both small 6996 x4480 and great: 1419 so that they wearied y3811 z8799 themselues x3811 to finde 4672 z8800 the doore. 6607

 19:12 ¶ And the men y582 x376 said 559 z8799 vnto x413 Lot, 3876 Hast thou here 6311 any 4310 besides? x5750 sonne in law, 2860 and thy sonnes, 1121 and thy daughters, 1323 and whatsoeuer 834 x3605 thou hast in the citie, 5892 bring x3318 [them] out y3318 z8685 of x4480 this place. 4725

 19:13 For x3588 we 587 will destroy 7843 853 z8688 this x2088 place, 4725 because x3588 the crie x6818 of them y6818 is waxen great 1431 z8804 x853 before y854 the face 6440 of the LORD: 3068 and the LORD 3068 hath sent 7971 z8762 vs to destroy 7843 z8763 it.

 19:14 And Lot 3876 went out, 3318 z8799 and spake 1696 z8762 vnto x413 his sonnes in law, 2860 which married 3947 z8802 his daughters, 1323 and said, 559 z8799 Up, 6965 z8798 get yee out 3318 z8798 of x4480 this x2088 place: 4725 for x3588 the LORD 3068 wil destroy 7843 z8688 x853 this citie: 5892 but hee seemed x1961 as one that mocked, 6711 z8764 vnto 5869 his sonnes in law. 2860

 19:15 ¶ And when 3644 the morning 7837 arose, 5927 z8804 then the Angels 4397 hastened 213 z8686 Lot, 3876 saying, 559 z8800 Arise, 6965 z8798 take 3947 z8798 x853 thy wife, 802 & thy two 8147 daughters, 1323 which are here, 4672 z8737 lest x6435 thou be consumed 5595 z8735 in the iniquitie 5771 of the citie. 5892

 19:16 And while he lingred, 4102 z8698 the men y582 x376 laid hold 2388 z8686 vpon his hand, 3027 and vpon the hand 3027 of his wife, 802 and vpon the hand 3027 of his two 8147 daughters, 1323 the LORD 3068 being mercifull 2551 vnto x5921 him: and they brought him forth, 3318 z8686 and set x5117 him y3240 z8686 without 2351 x4480 the citie. 5892

 19:17 ¶ And it came to passe, x1961 when they had brought them forth 3318 z8687 x853 abroad, 2351 that he said, 559 z8799 Escape 4422 z8734 for 5921 thy life, 5315 looke 5027 z8686 not x408 behind x310 thee, y310 neither x408 stay 5975 z8799 thou in all x3605 the plaine: 3603 escape 4422 z8734 to the mountaine, 2022 lest x6435 thou bee consumed. 5595 z8735

 19:18 And Lot 3876 said 559 z8799 vnto x413 them, Oh x4994 not x408 so, my Lord. y113 x136

 19:19 Beholde x2009 now, x4994 thy seruant 5650 hath found 4672 z8804 grace 2580 in thy sight, 5869 and thou hast magnified 1431 z8686 thy mercy, 2617 which x834 thou hast shewed 6213 z8804 vnto x5973 me, y5978 in sauing 2421 z8687 x853 my life, 5315 and I x595 cannot 3201 z8799 x3808 escape 4422 z8736 to the mountaine, 2022 lest x6435 some euill 7451 take 1692 z8799 me, and I die. 4191 z8804

 19:20 Behold x2009 now, x4994 this x2063 citie 5892 is neere 7138 to flee 5127 z8800 vnto, x8033 and it 1931 is a litle one: 4705 Oh x4994 let me escape 4422 z8735 thither, x8033 (is it x1931 not x3808 a litle one?) 4705 and my soule 5315 shall liue. 2421 z8799

 19:21 And he said 559 z8799 vnto x413 him, See, 2009 I haue accepted 5375 z8804 x6440 thee y6440 concerning this x2088 thing, 1697 x1571 that I will not x1115 ouerthrow 2015 z8800 x853 this citie, 5892 for the which 834 thou hast spoken. 1696 z8765

 19:22 Haste 4116 z8761 thee, escape 4422 z8734 thither: x8033 for x3588 I cannot 3201 z8799 x3808 doe 6213 z8800 any thing 1697 till x5704 thou bee come 935 z8800 thither: x8033 therefore x5921 x3651 the name 8034 of the citie 5892 was called 7121 z8804 Zoar. 6820

 19:23 ¶ The sunne 8121 was risen 3318 z8804 vpon x5921 the earth, 776 when Lot 3876 entred 935 z8804 into Zoar. 6820

 19:24 Then the LORD 3068 rained 4305 z8689 vpon x5921 Sodome 5467 & vpon x5921 Gomorrah, 6017 brimstone 1614 and fire, 784 from x4480 x854 the LORD 3068 out of x4480 heauen. 8064

 19:25 And he ouerthrew 2015 z8799 x853 those 411 cities, 5892 and all x3605 the plaine, 3603 and all x3605 the inhabitants 3427 z8802 of the cities, 5892 and that which grew 6780 vpon the ground. 127

 19:26 ¶ But his wife 802 looked x5027 backe y5027 z8686 from behind x4480 x310 him, y310 and she became x1961 a pillar 5333 of salt. 4417

 19:27 ¶ And Abraham 85 gate vp earely 7925 z8686 in the morning, 1242 to x413 the place, 4725 where x834 x8033 hee stood 5975 z8804 x853 before 6440 the LORD. 3068

 19:28 And he looked 8259 z8686 toward 6440 x5921 Sodome 5467 and Gomorrah, 6017 & toward 6440 x5921 all x3605 the land 776 of the plaine, 3603 and beheld, 7200 z8799 and loe, x2009 the smoke 7008 of the countrey 776 went vp 5927 z8804 as the smoke 7008 of a furnace. 3536

 19:29 ¶ And it came to passe, x1961 when God 430 destroyed 7843 z8763 x853 the cities 5892 of the plaine, 3603 that God 430 remembred 2142 z8799 x853 Abraham, 85 and sent 7971 z8762 x853 Lot 3876 out of the midst 8432 x4480 of the ouerthrow, 2018 when he ouerthrew 2015 z8800 x853 the cities, 5892 in the which 2004 x834 Lot 3876 dwelt. 3427 z8804

 19:30 ¶ And Lot 3876 went vp 5927 z8799 out of Zoar, 6820 x4480 and dwelt 3427 z8799 in the mountaine, 2022 and his two 8147 daughters 1323 with x5973 him: for x3588 hee feared 3372 z8804 to dwell 3427 z8800 in Zoar, 6820 and he dwelt 3427 z8799 in a caue, 4631 he x1931 and his two 8147 daughters. 1323

 19:31 And the first borne 1067 saide 559 z8799 vnto x413 the yonger, 6810 Our father 1 is old, 2204 z8804 and there is not x369 a man 376 in the earth, 776 to come in 935 z8800 vnto x5921 vs, after the maner 1870 of all x3605 the earth. 776

 19:32 Come, y3212 z8798 x1980 let vs make y8248 z0 x853 our father 1 drinke 8248 z8686 wine, 3196 and we will lye 7901 z8799 with x5973 him, that we may preserue 2421 z8762 seed 2233 of our father. 1 x4480

 19:33 And they made y8248 z0 x853 their father 1 drinke 8248 z8686 wine 3196 that x1931 night, 3915 & the first borne 1067 went in, 935 z8799 and lay 7901 z8799 with x854 her father: 1 and he perceiued 3045 z8804 not, x3808 when shee lay downe, 7901 z8800 nor when she arose. 6965 z8800

 19:34 And it came to passe x1961 on the morrow, 4283 x4480 that the first borne 1067 said 559 z8799 vnto x413 the yonger, 6810 Behold, x2005 I lay 7901 z8804 yesternight 570 with x854 my father: 1 let vs make him drinke 8248 z8686 wine 3196 this night 3915 also, x1571 and goe thou in, 935 z8798 and lye 7901 z8798 with x5973 him, that we may preserue 2421 z8762 seed 2233 of our father. 1 x4480

 19:35 And they made y8248 z0 x853 their father 1 drinke 8248 z8686 wine 3196 that 1931 night 3915 also, x1571 and the yonger 6810 arose, 6965 z8799 and lay 7901 z8799 with x5973 him: and he perceiued 3045 z8804 not, x3808 when she lay downe, 7901 z8800 nor when she arose. 6965 z8800

 19:36 Thus were both 8147 the daughters 1323 of Lot 3876 with childe 2029 z8799 by their father. 1 x4480

 19:37 And the first borne 1067 bare 3205 z8799 a sonne, 1121 and called 7121 z8799 his name 8034 Moab: 4124 the same 1931 is the father 1 of the Moabites 4124 vnto x5704 this day. 3117

 19:38 And the yonger, 6810 she x1931 also x1571 bare 3205 z8804 a sonne, 1121 and called 7121 z8799 his name, 8034 Ben-ammi: 1151 the same x1931 is the father 1 of the children 1121 of Ammon, 5983 vnto x5704 this day. 3117
