1 Chronicles 9

1 The original of Israel's and Judah's genealogies. 2 The Israelites, 10 the priests, 14 and the Levites, with the Nethinims, which dwelt in Jerusalem. 27 The charge of certain Levites. 35 The stock of Saul and Jonathan.

 9:1 ¶ So all x3605 Israel 3478 were reckoned by genealogies, 3187 z8694 & behold, x2009 they were written 3789 z8803 in x5921 the booke 5612 of the Kings 4428 of Israel 3478 and Iudah, 3063 [who] were caried away 1540 z8717 to Babylon 894 for their transgression. 4604

 9:2 ¶ Now the first 7223 inhabitants 3427 z8802 [that x834 dwelt] in their possessions, 272 in their cities, 5892 [were] the Israelites, 3478 the Priests, 3548 Leuits, 3881 and the Nethinims. 5411

 9:3 And in Ierusalem 3389 dwelt 3427 z8804 of x4480 the children 1121 of Iudah, 3063 and of x4480 the children 1121 of Beniamin, 1144 and of x4480 the children 1121 of Ephraim, 669 and Manasseh. 4519

 9:18 (Who hitherto x5704 x2008 [waited] in the kings 4428 gate 8179 Eastward) 4217 they x1992 were Porters 7778 in the companies 4264 of the children 1121 of Leui. 3878

 9:21 [And] Zechariah 2148 the sonne 1121 of Meshelemiah, 4920 [was] porter 7778 of the doore 6607 of the Tabernacle 168 of the Congregation. 4150

 9:25 And their brethren, 251 [which were] in their villages, 2691 [were] to come 935 z8800 after seuen 7651 dayes, 3117 from time 6256 x4480 to x413 time 6256 with x5973 them. x428

 9:26 For x3588 these x1992 Leuites, 3881 the foure 702 chiefe 1368 porters, 7778 were in their set office, 530 and were x1961 ouer x5921 the chambers 3957 and treasuries 214 of the house 1004 of God. 430

 9:27 ¶ And they lodged 3885 z8799 round about 5439 the house 1004 of God, 430 because x3588 the charge 4931 was vpon x5921 them, and the opening 4668 thereof euery morning, 1242 perteined to them. x1992

 9:28 And [certaine] of x4480 them had the charge of 5921 the ministring 5656 vessels, 3627 that x3588 they should bring them in 935 z8686 and out 3318 z8686 by tale. 4557

 9:29 [Some] of x4480 them also [were] appointed 4487 z8794 to ouersee x5921 the vessels, 3627 and all x3605 the instruments 3627 of the Sanctuarie, 6944 and the fine floure, 5560 and the wine, 3196 and the oyle, 8081 and the frankincense, 3828 and the spices. 1314

 9:30 And [some] of x4480 the sonnes 1121 of the Priests 3548 made 7543 z8802 the oyntment 4842 of the spices. 1314

 9:31 And Mattithiah, 4993 one of x4480 the Leuites 3881 (who x1931 was the first borne 1060 of Shallum 7967 the Korahite) 7145 had the set office 530 ouer x5921 the things that were made 4639 in the pannes. 2281

 9:32 And [other] of x4480 their brethren 251 of the sonnes 1121 of x4480 the Kohathites, 6956 [were] ouer x5921 the Shew-bread 3899 4635 to prepare 3559 z8687 it euery Sabbath. 7676

 9:33 And these x428 [are] the singers, 7891 z8789 chiefe 7218 of the fathers 1 of the Leuites, 3881 who [remayning] in the chambers, 3957 [were] free: 6362 z8803 z8675 y6359 for x3588 they were imployed x5921 in that worke, 4399 day 3119 and night. 3915

 9:34 These x428 chiefe 7218 fathers 1 of the Leuites, 3881 were chiefe 7218 throughout their generations; 8435 these x428 dwelt 3427 z8804 at Ierusalem. 3389

 9:35 ¶ And in Gibeon 1391 dwelt 3427 z8804 the father 1 of Gibeon, 1391 z8677 y25 Iehiel, 3273 whose wiues 802 name 8034 [was] Maacha: 4601

 9:36 And his first borne 1060 sonne 1121 Abdon, 5658 then Zur, 6698 and Kish, 7027 and Baal, 1168 and Ner, 5369 and Nadab, 5070

 9:44 And Azel 682 had sixe 8337 sonnes, 1121 whose names 8034 are these: x428 Azrikam, 5840 Bocheru, 1074 and Ismael, 3458 and Sheariah, 8187 and Obadiah, 5662 and Hanan. 2605 These x428 [were] the sonnes 1121 of Azel. 682
