1 David fetcheth the Ark with great solemnity from Kirjath-jearim. 9 Uzza being smitten, the Ark left at the house of Obed-edom.

13:1 ¶ And Dauid 1732 consulted 3289 z8735 with x5973 the captaines 8269 of thousands, 505 and hundreds, 3967 [and] with euery x3605 leader. 5057

13:2 And Dauid 1732 said 559 z8799 vnto all x3605 the Congregation 6951 of Israel, 3478 If x518 it [seeme] good 2895 z8804 vnto x5921 you, and that it [be] of x4480 the LORD 3068 our God, 430 let vs send 7971 z8799 abroad 6555 z8799 vnto x5921 our brethren 251 euery where, that are left 7604 z8737 in all x3605 the land 776 of Israel, 3478 and with x5973 them also to the Priests 3548 and Leuites 3881 which [are] in their cities 5892 [and] suburbs, 4054 that they may gather y6908 z8735 themselues x6908 vnto x413 vs.

13:3 And let vs bring againe 5437 z8686 x853 the Arke 727 of our God 430 to x413 vs: for x3588 wee enquired 1875 z8804 not x3808 at it in the dayes 3117 of Saul. 7586

13:4 And all x3605 the Congregation 6951 saide, 559 z8799 that they would doe x6213 so: y6213 z8800 x3651 for x3588 the thing 1697 was right 3474 z8804 in the eyes 5869 of all x3605 the people. 5971

13:5 So Dauid 1732 gathered 6950 z0 x853 all x3605 Israel 3478 together, y6950 z8686 from x4480 Shihor 7883 of Egypt, 4714 euen vnto x5704 the entring 935 z8800 of Hemath, 2574 to bring 935 z8687 x853 the Arke 727 of God 430 from Kiriath-iearim. 7157 x4480

13:6 And Dauid 1732 went vp, 5927 z8799 and all x3605 Israel, 3478 to Baalah, 1173 that is, to x413 Kiriath-iearim, 7157 which x834 [belonged] to Iudah, 3063 to bring vp 5927 z8687 thence x4480 x8033 x853 the Arke 727 of God 430 the LORD, 3068 that dwelleth 3427 z8802 betweene the Cherubims, 3742 whose x834 name 8034 is called 7121 z8738 [on it].

13:10 And the anger 639 of the LORD 3068 was kindled 2734 z8799 against Uzza, 5798 and hee smote 5221 z8686 x5921 him, because x5921 x834 hee put 7971 z8804 his hand 3027 to x5921 the Arke: 727 and there x8033 he died 4191 z8799 before 6440 God. 430

13:11 And Dauid 1732 was displeased, 2734 z8799 because x3588 the LORD 3068 had made 6555 z8804 a breach 6556 vpon Uzza; 5798 wherefore that x1931 place 4725 is called 7121 z8799 Perez-Uzza, 6560 to x5704 this x2088 day. 3117

13:12 And Dauid 1732 was afraide 3372 z8799 x853 of God 430 that x1931 day, 3117 saying, 559 z8800 How 1963 shall I bring 935 z8686 x853 the Arke 727 of God 430 home to x413 me?

13:13 So Dauid 1732 brought 5493 z8689 not x3808 x853 the Arke 727 home to x413 himselfe to x413 the city 5892 of Dauid, 1732 but caried it aside 5186 z8686 into x413 the house 1004 of Obed-Edom 5654 the Gittite. 1663

13:14 And the Arke 727 of God 430 remained 3427 z8799 with x5973 the family 1004 of Obed-Edom 5654 in his house 1004 three 7969 moneths. 2320 And the LORD 3068 blessed 1288 z8762 x853 the house 1004 of Obed-Edom, 5654 and all x3605 that x834 he had.
