Psalms 80

1 The psalmist in his prayer complaineth of the miseries of the Church. 8 God's former favours are turned into judgments. 14 He prayeth for deliverance.

 80:3 Turn us again, 7725 z8685 O God, 430 and cause thy face 6440 to shine; 215 z8685 and we shall be saved. 3467 z8735

 80:4 O LORD 3068 God 430 of hosts, 6635 how long x5704 x4970 wilt thou be angry 6225 z8804 against the prayer 8605 of thy people? 5971

 80:5 Thou feedest 398 z8689 them with the bread 3899 of tears; 1832 and givest them tears 1832 to drink 8248 z8686 in great measure. 7991

 80:6 Thou makest 7760 z8799 us a strife 4066 unto our neighbors: 7934 and our enemies 341 z8802 laugh 3932 z8799 among themselves.

 80:7 Turn us again, 7725 z8685 O God 430 of hosts, 6635 and cause thy face 6440 to shine; 215 z8685 and we shall be saved. 3467 z8735

 80:8 Thou hast brought 5265 z8686 a vine 1612 out of Egypt: 4714 x4480 thou hast cast out 1644 z8762 the heathen, 1471 and planted 5193 z8799 it.

 80:9 Thou preparedst 6437 z8765 [room] before 6440 it, and didst cause it to take deep y8328 root, 8327 z8686 x8328 and it filled 4390 z8762 the land. 776

 80:10 The hills 2022 were covered 3680 z8795 with the shadow 6738 of it, and the boughs 6057 thereof [were like] the goodly 410 cedars. 730

 80:11 She sent out 7971 z8762 her boughs 7105 unto x5704 the sea, 3220 and her branches 3127 unto x413 the river. 5104

 80:12 Why x4100 hast thou [then] broken down 6555 z8804 her hedges, 1447 so that all x3605 they which pass y5674 z8802 by x5674 the way 1870 do pluck 717 z8804 her?

 80:13 The boar 2386 out of the wood 3293 x4480 doth waste 3765 z8762 it, and the wild beast 2123 of the field 7704 doth devour 7462 z8799 it.

 80:14 Return, 7725 z8798 we beseech x4994 thee, O God 430 of hosts: 6635 look down 5027 z8685 from heaven, 8064 x4480 and behold, 7200 z8798 and visit 6485 z8798 this x2063 vine; 1612

 80:15 And the vineyard 3657 y3661 z8798 which x834 thy right hand 3225 hath planted, 5193 z8804 and the branch 1121 [that] thou madest strong 553 z8765 for thyself.

 80:16 [It is] burned 8313 z8803 with fire, 784 [it is] cut down: 3683 z8803 they perish 6 z8799 at the rebuke 1606 x4480 of thy countenance. 6440

 80:17 Let thy hand 3027 be x1961 upon x5921 the man 376 of thy right hand, 3225 upon x5921 the son 1121 of man 120 [whom] thou madest strong 553 z8765 for thyself.

 80:18 So will not x3808 we go back 5472 z8799 from x4480 thee: quicken 2421 z8762 us, and we will call 7121 z8799 upon thy name. 8034
