44:2 [How] thou x859 didst drive out 3423 z8689 the heathen 1471 with thy hand, 3027 and plantedst 5193 z8799 them; [how] thou didst afflict 7489 z8686 the people, 3816 and cast them out. 7971 z8762

44:3 For x3588 they got y3423 z0 not x3808 the land 776 in possession 3423 z8804 by their own sword, 2719 neither x3808 did their own arm 2220 save 3467 z8689 them: but x3588 thy right hand, 3225 and thine arm, 2220 and the light 216 of thy countenance, 6440 because x3588 thou hadst a favor 7521 z8804 unto them.

44:4 Thou x859 art my King, 4428 O God: 430 command 6680 z8761 deliverances 3444 for Jacob. 3290

44:5 Through thee will we push down 5055 z8762 our enemies: 6862 through thy name 8034 will we tread them under 947 z8799 that rise up y6965 z8801 against x6965 us.

44:6 For x3588 I will not x3808 trust 982 z8799 in my bow, 7198 neither x3808 shall my sword 2719 save 3467 z8686 me.

44:7 But x3588 thou hast saved 3467 z8689 us from our enemies, 6862 x4480 and hast put them to shame 954 z8689 that hated 8130 z8764 us.

44:8 In God 430 we boast 1984 z8765 all x3605 the day 3117 long, and praise 3034 z8686 thy name 8034 forever. 5769 Selah. 5542

44:9 But 637 thou hast cast off, 2186 z8804 and put us to shame; 3637 z8686 and goest not forth 3318 z8799 x3808 with our armies. 6635

44:10 Thou makest us to turn 7725 z8686 back 268 from x4480 the enemy: 6862 and they which hate 8130 z8764 us spoil 8154 z8804 for themselves.

44:11 Thou hast given 5414 z8799 us like sheep 6629 [appointed] for meat; 3978 and hast scattered 2219 z8765 us among the heathen. 1471

44:13 Thou makest 7760 z8799 us a reproach 2781 to our neighbors, 7934 a scorn 3933 and a derision 7047 to them that are round about 5439 us.

44:14 Thou makest 7760 z8799 us a byword 4912 among the heathen, 1471 a shaking 4493 of the head 7218 among the people. 3816

44:19 Though x3588 thou hast sore broken 1794 z8765 us in the place 4725 of dragons, 8577 and covered 3680 z8762 x5921 us with the shadow of death. 6757
