Psalms 21

1 A thanksgiving for victory. 7 Confidence of further success.

 21:2 Thou hast given 5414 z8804 him his heart's 3820 desire, 8378 and hast not x1077 withheld 4513 z8804 the request 782 of his lips. 8193 Selah. 5542

 21:3 For x3588 thou preventest 6923 z8762 him with the blessings 1293 of goodness: 2896 thou settest 7896 z8799 a crown 5850 of pure gold 6337 on his head. 7218

 21:4 He asked 7592 z8804 life 2416 of x4480 thee, [and] thou gavest 5414 z8804 [it] him, [even] length 753 of days 3117 forever 5769 and ever. 5703

 21:5 His glory 3519 [is] great 1419 in thy salvation: 3444 honor 1935 and majesty 1926 hast thou laid 7737 z8762 upon x5921 him.

 21:6 For x3588 thou hast made 7896 z8799 him most blessed 1293 forever: 5703 thou hast made y2302 z8762 him exceeding glad 8057 x2302 with x854 thy countenance. 6440

 21:7 For x3588 the king 4428 trusteth 982 z8802 in the LORD, 3068 and through the mercy 2617 of the most High 5945 he shall not x1077 be moved. 4131 z8735

 21:8 Thine hand 3027 shall find out 4672 z8799 all x3605 thine enemies: 341 z8802 thy right hand 3225 shall find out 4672 z8799 those that hate 8130 z8802 thee.

 21:9 Thou shalt make 7896 z8799 them as a fiery 784 oven 8574 in the time 6256 of thine anger: 6440 the LORD 3068 shall swallow them up 1104 z8762 in his wrath, 639 and the fire 784 shall devour 398 z8799 them.

 21:10 Their fruit 6529 shalt thou destroy 6 z8762 from the earth, 776 x4480 and their seed 2233 from among the children 1121 x4480 of men. 120

 21:11 For x3588 they intended 5186 z8804 evil 7451 against x5921 thee: they imagined 2803 z8804 a mischievous device, 4209 [which] they are not x1077 able 3201 z8799 [to perform].

 21:12 Therefore x3588 shalt thou make 7896 z8799 them turn their back, 7926 [when] thou shalt make ready 3559 z8787 [thine arrows] upon thy strings 4340 against x5921 the face 6440 of them.

 21:13 Be thou exalted, 7311 z8798 LORD, 3068 in thine own strength: 5797 [so] will we sing 7891 z8799 and praise 2167 z8762 thy power. 1369
