40:3 And he hath put 5414 z8799 a new 2319 song 7892 in my mouth, 6310 [even] praise 8416 unto our God: 430 many 7227 shall see 7200 z8799 [it], and fear, 3372 z8799 and shall trust 982 z8799 in the LORD. 3068

40:4 Blessed 835 [is] that man 1397 that x834 maketh 7760 z8804 the LORD 3068 his trust, 4009 and respecteth 6437 z8804 x413 not x3808 the proud, 7295 nor such as turn aside 7750 z8802 to lies. 3577

40:5 Many, 7227 O LORD 3068 my God, 430 [are] thy wonderful y6381 z8737 works x6381 [which] thou x859 hast done, 6213 z8804 and thy thoughts 4284 [which are] to x413 usward: they cannot x369 be reckoned up in order 6186 z8800 unto thee: x413 [if] I would declare 5046 z8686 and speak 1696 z8762 [of them], they are more 6105 z8804 than can be numbered. 5608 z8763 x4480

40:6 Sacrifice 2077 and offering 4503 thou didst not x3808 desire; 2654 z8804 mine ears 241 hast thou opened: 3738 z8804 burnt offering 5930 and sin offering 2401 hast thou not x3808 required. 7592 z8804

40:7 Then x227 said 559 z8804 I, Lo, x2009 I come: 935 z8804 in the volume 4039 of the book 5612 [it is] written 3789 z8803 of x5921 me,

40:8 I delight 2654 z8804 to do 6213 z8800 thy will, 7522 O my God: 430 yea, thy law 8451 [is] within 8432 my heart. 4578

40:9 I have preached 1319 z8765 righteousness 6664 in the great 7227 congregation: 6951 lo, x2009 I have not x3808 refrained 3607 z8799 my lips, 8193 O LORD, 3068 thou x859 knowest. 3045 z8804

40:10 I have not x3808 hid 3680 z8765 thy righteousness 6666 within 8432 my heart; 3820 I have declared 559 z8804 thy faithfulness 530 and thy salvation: 8668 I have not x3808 concealed 3582 z8765 thy lovingkindness 2617 and thy truth 571 from the great 7227 congregation. 6951

40:11 Withhold 3607 z8799 not x3808 thou x859 thy tender mercies 7356 from x4480 me, O LORD: 3068 let thy lovingkindness 2617 and thy truth 571 continually 8548 preserve 5341 z8799 me.

40:12 For x3588 innumerable 4557 x5704 x369 evils 7451 have compassed y661 z8804 me about: x661 x5921 mine iniquities 5771 have taken hold 5381 z8689 upon me, so that I am not x3808 able 3201 z8804 to look up; 7200 z8800 they are more 6105 z8804 than the hairs 8185 x4480 of mine head: 7218 therefore my heart 3820 faileth 5800 z8804 me.

40:13 Be pleased, 7521 z8798 O LORD, 3068 to deliver 5337 z8687 me: O LORD, 3068 make haste 2363 z8798 to help 5833 me.

40:14 Let them be ashamed 954 z8799 and confounded 2659 z8799 together 3162 that seek y1245 z8764 after x1245 my soul 5315 to destroy 5595 z8800 it; let them be driven 5472 z8735 backward 268 and put to shame 3637 z8735 that wish 2655 me evil. 7451
