Jeremiah 27

1 Under the type of bonds and yokes, he prophesieth the subduing of the neighbour kings unto Nebuchadnezzar. 8 He exhorteth them to yield, and not to believe the false prophets. 12 The like he doeth to Zedekiah. 19 He foretelleth the remnant of the vessels shall be carried to Babylon, and there continue until the day of visitation.

 27:1 ¶ In the beginning 7225 of the reign 4467 of Jehoiakim 3079 the son 1121 of Josiah 2977 king 4428 of Judah 3063 came x1961 this x2088 word 1697 unto x413 Jeremiah 3414 from x4480 x854 the LORD, 3068 saying, 559 z8800

 27:2 Thus x3541 saith 559 z8804 the LORD 3068 to x413 me; Make 6213 z8798 thee bonds 4147 and yokes, 4133 and put 5414 z8804 them upon x5921 thy neck, 6677

 27:3 And send 7971 z8765 them to x413 the king 4428 of Edom, 123 and to x413 the king 4428 of Moab, 4124 and to x413 the king 4428 of the Ammonites, 1121 5983 and to x413 the king 4428 of Tyrus, 6865 and to the king 4428 of Zidon, 6721 by the hand 3027 of the messengers 4397 which come 935 z8802 to Jerusalem 3389 unto x413 Zedekiah 6667 king 4428 of Judah; 3063

 27:4 And command 6680 z8765 them to say 559 z8800 unto x413 their masters, 113 Thus x3541 saith 559 z8804 the LORD 3068 of hosts, 6635 the God 430 of Israel; 3478 Thus x3541 shall ye say 559 z8799 unto x413 your masters; 113

 27:5 I x595 have made 6213 z8804 x853 the earth, 776 x853 the man 120 and the beast 929 that x834 [are] upon 6440 x5921 the ground, 776 by my great 1419 power 3581 and by my outstretched 5186 z8803 arm, 2220 and have given 5414 z8804 it unto whom x834 it seemed 5869 meet 3474 z8804 unto me.

 27:6 And now x6258 have I x595 given 5414 z8804 x853 all x3605 these x428 lands 776 into the hand 3027 of Nebuchadnezzar 5019 the king 4428 of Babylon, 894 my servant; 5650 and x853 the beasts 2416 of the field 7704 have I given 5414 z8804 him also x1571 to serve 5647 z8800 him.

 27:7 And all x3605 nations 1471 shall serve 5647 z8804 him, and his son, 1121 and his son's 1121 son, 1121 until x5704 the very time 6256 of his land 776 come: 935 z8800 and then x1571 many 7227 nations 1471 and great 1419 kings 4428 shall serve 5647 z8804 themselves of him. x1931

 27:8 And it shall come to pass, x1961 [that] the nation 1471 and kingdom 4467 which x834 will not x3808 serve 5647 z8799 the same x853 Nebuchadnezzar 5019 the king 4428 of Babylon, 894 and that x834 will not x3808 put 5414 z8799 x853 their neck 6677 under the yoke 5923 of the king 4428 of Babylon, 894 that x1931 nation 1471 will I punish, 6485 z8799 saith 5002 z8803 the LORD, 3068 with the sword, 2719 and with the famine, 7458 and with the pestilence, 1698 until x5704 I have consumed 8552 z8800 them by his hand. 3027

 27:9 Therefore hearken 8085 z8799 not x408 ye x859 to x413 your prophets, 5030 nor to x413 your diviners, 7080 z8802 nor to x413 your dreamers, 2472 nor to x413 your enchanters, 6049 z8781 nor to x413 your sorcerers, 3786 which x834 x1992 speak 559 z8802 unto x413 you, saying, 559 z8800 Ye shall not x3808 serve 5647 z8799 x853 the king 4428 of Babylon: 894

 27:10 For x3588 they x1992 prophesy 5012 z8737 a lie 8267 unto you, to x4616 remove you far 7368 z8687 x853 from x4480 x5921 your land; 127 and that I should drive you out, 5080 z8689 x853 and ye should perish. 6 z8804

 27:11 But the nations 1471 that x834 bring 935 z8686 x853 their neck 6677 under the yoke 5923 of the king 4428 of Babylon, 894 and serve 5647 z8804 him, those will I let remain x5117 still y3240 z8689 in x5921 their own land, 127 saith 5002 z8803 the LORD; 3068 and they shall till 5647 z8804 it, and dwell 3427 z8804 therein.

 27:12 ¶ I spake 1696 z8765 also to x413 Zedekiah 6667 king 4428 of Judah 3063 according to all x3605 these x428 words, 1697 saying, 559 z8800 Bring 935 z8685 x853 your necks 6677 under the yoke 5923 of the king 4428 of Babylon, 894 and serve 5647 z8798 him and his people, 5971 and live. 2421 z8798

 27:13 Why x4100 will ye die, 4191 z8799 thou x859 and thy people, 5971 by the sword, 2719 by the famine, 7458 and by the pestilence, 1698 as x834 the LORD 3068 hath spoken 1696 z8765 against x413 the nation 1471 that x834 will not x3808 serve 5647 z8799 x853 the king 4428 of Babylon? 894

 27:14 Therefore hearken 8085 z8799 not x408 unto x413 the words 1697 of the prophets 5030 that speak 559 z8802 unto x413 you, saying, 559 z8800 Ye shall not x3808 serve 5647 z8799 x853 the king 4428 of Babylon: 894 for x3588 they x1992 prophesy 5012 z8737 a lie 8267 unto you.

 27:15 For x3588 I have not x3808 sent 7971 z8804 them, saith 5002 z8803 the LORD, 3068 yet they x1992 prophesy 5012 z8737 a lie 8267 in my name; 8034 that x4616 I might drive you out, 5080 z8687 x853 and that ye might perish, 6 z8804 ye, x859 and the prophets 5030 that prophesy 5012 z8737 unto you.

 27:16 Also I spake 1696 z8765 to x413 the priests 3548 and to x413 all x3605 this x2088 people, 5971 saying, 559 z8800 Thus x3541 saith 559 z8804 the LORD; 3068 Hearken 8085 z8799 not x408 to x413 the words 1697 of your prophets 5030 that prophesy 5012 z8737 unto you, saying, 559 z8800 Behold, x2009 the vessels 3627 of the LORD'S 3068 house 1004 shall now x6258 shortly 4120 be brought again 7725 z8716 from Babylon: 894 x4480 for x3588 they x1992 prophesy 5012 z8737 a lie 8267 unto you.

 27:17 Hearken 8085 z8799 not x408 unto x413 them; serve 5647 z8798 x853 the king 4428 of Babylon, 894 and live: 2421 z8798 wherefore x4100 should this x2063 city 5892 be x1961 laid waste? 2723

 27:18 But if x518 they x1992 [be] prophets, 5030 and if x518 the word 1697 of the LORD 3068 be 3426 with x854 them, let them now x4994 make intercession 6293 z8799 to the LORD 3068 of hosts, 6635 that the vessels 3627 which are left 3498 z8737 in the house 1004 of the LORD, 3068 and [in] the house 1004 of the king 4428 of Judah, 3063 and at Jerusalem, 3389 go 935 z8804 not x1115 to Babylon. 894

 27:19 ¶ For x3588 thus x3541 saith 559 z8804 the LORD 3068 of hosts 6635 concerning x413 the pillars, 5982 and concerning x5921 the sea, 3220 and concerning x5921 the bases, 4350 and concerning x5921 the residue 3499 of the vessels 3627 that remain 3498 z8737 in this x2063 city, 5892

 27:20 Which x834 Nebuchadnezzar 5019 king 4428 of Babylon 894 took 3947 z8804 not, x3808 when he carried away captive 1540 z8687 x853 Jeconiah 3204 the son 1121 of Jehoiakim 3079 king 4428 of Judah 3063 from Jerusalem 3389 x4480 to Babylon, 894 and all x3605 the nobles 2715 of Judah 3063 and Jerusalem; 3389

 27:21 Yea, x3588 thus x3541 saith 559 z8804 the LORD 3068 of hosts, 6635 the God 430 of Israel, 3478 concerning x5921 the vessels 3627 that remain 3498 z8737 [in] the house 1004 of the LORD, 3068 and [in] the house 1004 of the king 4428 of Judah 3063 and of Jerusalem; 3389

 27:22 They shall be carried 935 z8714 to Babylon, 894 and there x8033 shall they be x1961 until x5704 the day 3117 that I visit 6485 z8800 them, saith 5002 z8803 the LORD; 3068 then will I bring y5927 z8689 them up, x5927 and restore 7725 z8689 them to x413 this x2008 place. 4725
