Isaiah 62

1 The fervent desire of the prophet to confirm the Church in God's promises. 5 The office of the ministers (unto which they are incited) in preaching the Gospel, 10 and preparing the people thereto.

 62:1 ¶ For Zion's y6726 sake x4616 x6726 will I not x3808 hold my peace, 2814 z8799 and for Jerusalem's y3389 sake x4616 I will not x3808 rest, 8252 z8799 until x5704 the righteousness 6664 thereof go forth 3318 z8799 as brightness, 5051 and the salvation 3444 thereof as a lamp 3940 [that] burneth. 1197 z8799

 62:2 And the Gentiles 1471 shall see 7200 z8804 thy righteousness, 6664 and all x3605 kings 4428 thy glory: 3519 and thou shalt be called 7121 z8795 by a new 2319 name, y5344 z8799 x8034 which x834 the mouth 6310 of the LORD 3068 shall name. y8034 x5344

 62:3 Thou shalt also be x1961 a crown 5850 of glory 8597 in the hand 3027 of the LORD, 3068 and a royal 4410 diadem 6797 z8675 in the hand 3709 of thy God. 430

 62:4 Thou shalt no x3808 more x5750 be termed 559 z8735 Forsaken; 5800 z8803 neither x3808 shall thy land 776 any more x5750 be termed 559 z8735 Desolate: 8077 but x3588 thou shalt be called 7121 z8735 Hephzibah, 2657 and thy land 776 Beulah: 1166 z8803 for x3588 the LORD 3068 delighteth 2654 z8804 in thee, and thy land 776 shall be married. 1166 z8735

 62:5 ¶ For x3588 [as] a young man 970 marrieth 1166 z8799 a virgin, 1330 [so] shall thy sons 1121 marry 1166 z8799 thee: and [as] the bridegroom 2860 rejoiceth 4885 over x5921 the bride, 3618 [so] shall thy God 430 rejoice 7797 z8799 over x5921 thee.

 62:7 And give 5414 z8799 him no x408 rest, 1824 till x5704 he establish, 3559 z8787 and till x5704 he make 7760 z8799 x853 Jerusalem 3389 a praise 8416 in the earth. 776

 62:11 Behold, x2009 the LORD 3068 hath proclaimed 8085 z8689 unto x413 the end 7097 of the world, 776 Say 559 z8798 ye to the daughter 1323 of Zion, 6726 Behold, x2009 thy salvation 3468 cometh; 935 z8802 behold, x2009 his reward 7939 [is] with x854 him, and his work 6468 before 6440 him.

 62:12 And they shall call 7121 z8804 them, The holy 6944 people, 5971 The redeemed 1350 z8803 of the LORD: 3068 and thou shalt be called, 7121 z8735 Sought out, 1875 z8803 A city 5892 not x3808 forsaken. 5800 z8737
