Genesis 13

1 Abram and Lot return out of Egypt. 7 By disagreement they part asunder. 10 Lot goeth to wicked Sodom. 14 God reneweth the promise to Abram. 18 He reneweth the promise to Abram. 18 He removeth to Hebron, and there buildeth an altar.

 13:1 ¶ And Abram 87 went up 5927 z8799 out of Egypt, 4714 x4480 he, x1931 and his wife, 802 and all x3605 that x834 he had, and Lot 3876 with x5973 him, into the south. 5045

 13:2 And Abram 87 [was] very 3966 rich y3513 z8804 x3515 in cattle, 4735 in silver, 3701 and in gold. 2091

 13:3 And he went y3212 z8799 x1980 on his journeys 4550 from the south 5045 x4480 even to x5704 Bethel, 1008 unto x5704 the place 4725 where x834 x8033 his tent 168 had been 1961 z8804 at the beginning, 8462 between x996 Bethel 1008 and Hai; 5857

 13:4 Unto x413 the place 4725 of the altar, 4196 which x834 he had made 6213 z8804 there x8033 at the first: 7223 and there x8033 Abram 87 called 7121 z8799 on the name 8034 of the LORD. 3068

 13:5 ¶ And Lot 3876 also, x1571 which went 1980 z8802 with 854 Abram, 87 had x1961 flocks, 6629 and herds, 1241 and tents. 168

 13:6 And the land 776 was not x3808 able to bear 5375 z8804 them, that they might dwell 3427 z8800 together: 3162 for x3588 their substance 7399 was x1961 great, 7227 so that they could 3201 z8804 not x3808 dwell 3427 z8800 together. 3162

 13:7 And there was x1961 a strife 7379 between x996 the herdmen 7462 z8802 of Abram's 87 cattle 4735 and the herdmen 7462 z8802 of Lot's 3876 cattle: 4735 and the Canaanite 3669 and the Perizzite 6522 dwelled 3427 z8802 then x227 in the land. 776

 13:8 And Abram 87 said 559 z8799 unto x413 Lot, 3876 Let there be 1961 z8799 no 408 strife, 4808 I pray thee, x4994 between x996 me and thee, and between x996 my herdmen 7462 z8802 and thy herdmen; 7462 z8802 for x3588 we y582 x587 [be] brethren. 251

 13:9 [Is] not x3808 the whole x3605 land 776 before x6440 thee? y6440 separate thyself, 6504 z8734 I pray thee, x4994 from x4480 x5921 me: if x518 [thou wilt take] the left hand, 8040 then I will go to the right; 3231 z8686 or if x518 [thou depart] to the right hand, 3225 then I will go to the left. 8041 z8686

 13:10 And Lot 3876 lifted up 5375 z8799 x853 his eyes, 5869 and beheld 7200 z8799 x853 all x3605 the plain 3603 of Jordan, 3383 that x3588 it [was] well watered 4945 every where, x3605 before 6440 the LORD 3068 destroyed 7843 z8763 x853 Sodom 5467 and Gomorrah, 6017 [even] as the garden 1588 of the LORD, 3068 like the land 776 of Egypt, 4714 as thou comest 935 z8800 unto Zoar. 6820

 13:11 Then Lot 3876 chose 977 z8799 him x853 all x3605 the plain 3603 of Jordan; 3383 and Lot 3876 journeyed 5265 z8799 east: 6924 x4480 and they separated themselves 6504 z8735 the one 376 from x4480 x5921 the other. 251

 13:12 Abram 87 dwelled 3427 z8804 in the land 776 of Canaan, 3667 and Lot 3876 dwelled 3427 z8804 in the cities 5892 of the plain, 3603 and pitched [his] tent 167 z8799 toward 5704 Sodom. 5467

 13:13 But the men y582 x376 of Sodom 5467 [were] wicked 7451 and sinners 2400 before the LORD 3068 exceedingly. 3966

 13:14 ¶ And the LORD 3068 said 559 z8804 unto x413 Abram, 87 after y310 that x310 Lot 3876 was separated 6504 z8736 from x4480 x5973 him, Lift up 5375 z8798 now x4994 thine eyes, 5869 and look 7200 z8798 from x4480 the place 4725 where x834 x8033 thou x859 art northward, 6828 and southward, 5045 and eastward, 6924 and westward: 3220

 13:15 For x3588 x853 all x3605 the land 776 which x834 thou x859 seest, 7200 z8802 to thee will I give x5414 it, y5414 z8799 and to thy seed 2233 for y5704 ever. 5769 x5704

 13:16 And I will make 7760 z8804 x853 thy seed 2233 as the dust 6083 of the earth: 776 so that 834 if x518 a man 376 can 3201 z8799 number 4487 z8800 x853 the dust 6083 of the earth, 776 [then] shall thy seed 2233 also x1571 be numbered. 4487 z8735

 13:17 Arise, 6965 z8798 walk 1980 z8690 through the land 776 in the length 753 of it and in the breadth 7341 of it; for x3588 I will give 5414 z8799 it unto thee.

 13:18 Then Abram 87 removed [his] tent, 167 z8799 and came 935 z8799 and dwelt 3427 z8799 in the plain 436 of Mamre, 4471 which x834 [is] in Hebron, 2275 and built 1129 z8799 there x8033 an altar 4196 unto the LORD. 3068
