Numbers 30

1 Vows are not to be broken. 3 The exception of a maid's vow, 6 of a wife's, 9 of a widow's, or her that is divorced.

 30:1 ¶ And Moses 4872 spake 1696 z8762 vnto x413 the heads 7218 of the tribes, 4294 concerning the children 1121 of Israel, 3478 saying, 559 z8800 This x2088 [is] the thing 1697 which x834 the LORD 3068 hath commanded. 6680 z8765

 30:2 If x3588 a man 376 vowe 5087 z8799 a vow 5088 vnto the LORD, 3068 or x176 sweare 7650 z8736 an othe 7621 to bind 631 z8800 x5921 his soule 5315 with a bond: 632 he shall not x3808 breake 2490 z8686 his word, 1697 hee shall doe 6213 z8799 according to all x3605 that proceedeth y3318 z8802 out x3318 of his mouth. 6310 x4480

 30:3 If x3588 a woman 802 also vow 5087 z8799 a vow 5088 vnto the LORD, 3068 and binde 631 z8804 [her selfe] by a bond, 632 [being] in her fathers 1 house 1004 in her youth; 5271

 30:4 And her father 1 heare 8085 z8804 x853 her vow, 5088 and her bond 632 wherewith x834 shee hath bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soule, 5315 and her father 1 shall holde his peace 2790 z8689 at her: then all x3605 her vowes 5088 shall stand, 6965 z8804 and euery x3605 bond 632 wherewith x834 shee hath bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soule, 5315 shall stand. 6965 z8799

 30:5 But if x518 her father 1 disallow 5106 z8689 her in the day 3117 that he heareth; 8085 z8800 not x3808 any x3605 of her vowes 5088 or of her bonds, 632 wherewith x834 she hath bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soule, 5315 shall stand: 6965 z8799 and the LORD 3068 shall forgiue 5545 z8799 her, because x3588 her father 1 disallowed 5106 z8689 her.

 30:6 And if x518 she had at all 1961 an husband 376 when she vowed, 5088 x5921 or x176 vttered 4008 ought out of her lips, 8193 wherewith x834 shee bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soule, 5315

 30:7 And her husband 376 heard 8085 z8804 [it], and held his peace 2790 z8689 at her in the day 3117 that hee heard 8085 z8800 [it]: then her vowes 5088 shall stand, 6965 z8804 and her bonds 632 wherewith x834 shee bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soule, 5315 shall stand. 6965 z8799

 30:8 But if x518 her husband 376 disallowe 5106 z8686 her on the day 3117 that he heard 8085 z8800 [it], then he shall make x853 her vowe x5088 which she vowed, y5088 x834 x5921 and that which she vttered 4008 with her lippes 8193 wherewith x834 shee bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soule, 5315 of none effect, 6565 z8689 and the LORD 3068 shall forgiue 5545 z8799 her.

 30:9 But euery x3605 vow 5088 of a widow, 490 and of her that is diuorced, 1644 z8803 wherewith x834 they haue bound 631 z8804 x5921 their soules, 5315 shall stand 6965 z8799 against x5921 her.

 30:10 And if x518 she vowed 5087 z8804 in her husbands 376 house, 1004 or x176 bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soule 5315 by a bond 632 with an oath; 7621

 30:11 And her husband 376 heard 8085 z8804 [it], and held his peace 2790 z8689 at her, [and] disallowed 5106 z8689 her not: x3808 then all x3605 her vowes 5088 shall stand, 6965 z8799 and euery x3605 bond 632 wherewith x834 shee bound 631 z8804 x5921 her soule, 5315 shall stand. 6965 z8804

 30:12 But if x518 her husband 376 hath vtterly y6565 z8687 made them voyd 6565 z8686 x853 on the day 3117 hee heard 8085 z8800 [them]: then whatsoeuer x3605 proceeded y4161 out x4161 of her lips 8193 concerning her vowes, 5088 or concerning the bond 632 of her soule, 5315 shall not x3808 stand: 6965 z8799 her husband 376 hath made them voyd, 6565 z8689 and the LORD 3068 shal forgiue 5545 z8799 her.

 30:13 Euery x3605 vow, 5088 and euery x3605 binding 632 othe 7621 to afflict 6031 z8763 the soule, 5315 her husband 376 may establish 6965 z8686 it, or her husband 376 may make it voyd. 6565 z8686

 30:14 But if x518 her husband 376 altogether y2790 z8687 hold his peace 2790 z8686 at her, from day 3117 x4480 to x413 day, 3117 then he establisheth 6965 z8689 x853 all x3605 her vowes, 5088 or x176 x853 all x3605 her bonds 632 which x834 are vpon x5921 her: hee confirmeth 6965 z8689 them, because x3588 hee held his peace 2790 z8689 at her, in the day 3117 that hee heard 8085 z8800 [them].

 30:15 But if x518 hee shall any wayes y6565 z8687 make [them] voyd 6565 z8686 x853 after y310 that x310 he hath heard 8085 z8800 [them], then he shall beare 5375 z8804 x853 her iniquitie. 5771

 30:16 These x428 [are] the statutes 2706 which x834 the LORD 3068 commanded 6680 z8765 x853 Moses 4872 betweene x996 a man 376 and his wife, 802 betweene x996 the father 1 and his daughter, 1323 [being yet] in her youth, 5271 in her fathers 1 house. 1004
