Iob 31

Job maketh a solemn protestation of his integrity in several duties.

 31:1 ¶ I made 3772 z8804 a couenant 1285 with mine eyes; 5869 why x4100 then should I thinke 995 z8709 vpon x5921 a mayd? 1330

 31:2 For what x4100 portion 2506 of God 433 is there from aboue? 4605 x4480 and [what] inheritance 5159 of the Almighty 7706 from on high? 4791 x4480

 31:3 [Is] not x3808 destruction 343 to the wicked? 5767 and a strange 5235 [punishment] to the workers 6466 z8802 of iniquitie? 205

 31:4 Doeth not x3808 he x1931 see 7200 z8799 my wayes, 1870 and count 5608 z8799 all x3605 my steps? 6806

 31:5 If x518 I haue walked 1980 z8804 with x5973 vanitie, 7723 or if my foot 7272 hath hasted 2363 z8799 to x5921 deceit; 4820

 31:6 Let me bee weighed 8254 z8799 in an euen 6664 ballance, 3976 that God 433 may know 3045 z8799 mine integritie. 8538

 31:11 For x3588 this x1931 is an heinous crime, 2154 yea, it x1931 [is] an iniquitie 5771 [to bee punished by] the Iudges. 6414

 31:20 If x518 his loynes 2504 haue not x3808 blessed 1288 z8765 me, and [if] hee were [not] warmed 2552 z8691 with the fleece 1488 x4480 of my sheepe: 3532

 31:27 And my heart 3820 hath bene secretly 5643 enticed, 6601 z8799 or my mouth 6310 hath kissed 5401 z8799 my hand: 3027

 31:28 This x1931 also x1571 were an iniquitie 5771 to be [punished by the] Iudge: 6416 For x3588 I should haue denied 3584 z8765 the God 410 [that is] aboue. 4605 x4480

 31:36 Surely x518 I would take 5375 z8799 it vpon x5921 my shoulder, 7926 [and] bind 6029 z8799 it as a crowne 5850 to me.

 31:38 If x518 my land 127 cry 2199 z8799 against x5921 me, or that the furrowes 8525 likewise 3162 thereof complaine: 1058 z8799
