Zechariah 11

1 The destruction of Jerusalem. 3 The elect being cared for, the rest are rejected. 10 The staves of Beauty and Bands broken by the rejection of Christ. 15 The type and curse of a foolish shepherd.

 11:1 ¶ Open 6605 z8798 thy doores, 1817 O Lebanon, 3844 that the fire 784 may deuoure 398 z8799 thy cedars. 730

 11:2 Howle 3213 z8685 firre tree, 1265 for x3588 the cedar 730 is fallen; 5307 z8804 because x834 all the mighty 117 are spoiled; 7703 z8795 howle 3213 z8685 O yee okes 437 of Bashan, 1316 for x3588 the forrest 3293 of the vintage 1208 z8675 y1219 z8803 is come downe. 3381 z8804

 11:3 ¶ [There is] a voyce 6963 of the howling 3215 of the shepheards; 7462 z8802 for x3588 their glory 155 is spoiled: 7703 z8795 a voyce 6963 of the roaring 7581 of young lyons; 3715 for x3588 the pride 1347 of Iordan 3383 is spoiled. 7703 z8795

 11:4 Thus x3541 saith 559 z8804 the LORD 3068 my God; 430 Feede 7462 z8798 x853 the flocke 6629 of the slaughter; 2028

 11:5 Whose x834 possessours 7069 z8802 slay 2026 z8799 them, and hold themselues not guiltie: 816 z8799 x3808 and they that sell 4376 z8802 the say, 559 z8799 Blessed 1288 z8803 [be] the LORD; 3068 for I am rich: 6238 z8686 and their owne shepheards 7462 z8802 pitie 2550 z8799 x5921 them not. x3808

 11:6 For x3588 I will no x3808 more x5750 pitie 2550 z8799 x5921 the inhabitants 3427 z8802 of the land, 776 saith 5002 z8803 the LORD: 3068 but loe, x2009 I x595 will deliuer 4672 z8688 x853 the men 120 euery one 376 into his neighbours 7453 hand, 3027 and into the hand 3027 of his King, 4428 and they shall smite 3807 z8765 x853 the land, 776 and out of their hand 3027 x4480 I will not x3808 deliuer 5337 z8686 [them].

 11:7 And I will feede 7462 z8799 x853 the flocke 6629 of slaughter, 2028 [euen] you, y3651 O poore 6041 of the flock: 6629 and I tooke 3947 z8799 vnto me two 8147 staues; 4731 the one 259 I called 7121 z8804 Beautie, 5278 and the other 259 I called 7121 z8804 Bandes, y2254 z8802 x2256 and I fed 7462 z8799 x853 the flocke. 6629

 11:8 x853 Three 7969 shepheards 7462 z8802 also I cut off 3582 z8686 in one 259 moneth, 3391 and my soule 5315 loathed 7114 z8799 them, and their soule 5315 also x1571 abhorred 973 z8804 mee.

 11:9 Then said 559 z8799 I, I will not x3808 feede 7462 z8799 you: that that dieth, 4191 z8801 let it die: 4191 z8799 and that that is to be cut off, 3582 z8737 let it be cut off, 3582 z8735 and let the rest 7604 z8737 eate, 398 z8799 euery one 802 x853 the flesh 1320 of another. 7468

 11:10 ¶ And I tooke 3947 z8799 x853 my staffe, 4731 [euen] x853 Beautie, 5278 and cut it asunder, 1438 z8799 x853 that I might breake 6565 z8687 x853 my couenant 1285 which x834 I had made 3772 z8804 with x854 all x3605 the people. 5971

 11:11 And it was broken 6565 z8714 in that x1931 day: 3117 and so x3651 the poore 6041 of the flocke 6629 that waited y8104 z8802 vpon x8104 me, knew 3045 z8799 that x3588 it x1931 [was] the word 1697 of the LORD. 3068

 11:13 And the LORD 3068 said 559 z8799 vnto x413 mee, Cast 7993 z8685 it vnto x413 the potter: 3335 z8802 a goodly 145 price, 3366 that x834 I was prised at 3365 z8804 of x4480 x5921 them. And I tooke 3947 z8799 the thirtie 7970 [pieces] of siluer, 3701 and cast 7993 z8686 them to x413 the potter 3335 z8802 in the house 1004 of the LORD. 3068

 11:14 Then I cut asunder 1438 z8799 x853 mine other 8145 staffe, 4731 x853 [euen] Bands, y2254 z8802 x2256 that I might break 6565 z8687 x853 the brotherhood 264 betweene x996 Iudah 3063 and Israel. 3478

 11:15 ¶ And the LORD 3068 said 559 z8799 vnto x413 me, Take 3947 z8798 vnto thee yet x5750 the instruments 3627 of a foolish 196 shepheard. 7462 z8802

 11:16 For x3588 loe, x2009 I x595 wil raise x6965 vp y6965 z8688 a shepherd 7462 z8802 in the land, 776 [which] shall not x3808 visit 6485 z8799 those that bee cut off, 3582 z8737 neither x3808 shall seeke 1245 z8762 the yong one, 5289 nor x3808 heale 7495 z8762 that that is broken, 7665 z8737 nor x3808 feed 3557 z8770 that that standeth y5324 z8737 still: x5324 but he shal eate 398 z8799 the flesh 1320 of the fat, 1277 and teare y6561 z0 their clawes y6541 in pieces. 6561 z8762 x6541

 11:17 Woe 1945 to the idoll 457 shepheard 7473 that leaueth 5800 z8802 the flocke: 6629 the sword 2719 [shall be] vpon x5921 his arme, 2220 and vpon x5921 his right 3225 eye: 5869 his arme 2220 shall be cleane y3001 z8800 dryed vp, 3001 z8799 and his right 3225 eye 5869 shall be vtterly y3543 z8800 darkened. 3543 z8799
