Ezekiel 4

1 Under the type of a siege is shewed the time from the defection of Jeroboam to the captivity. 9 By the provision of the siege is shewed the hardness of the famine.

 4:1 ¶ Thou x859 also, son 1121 of man, 120 take 3947 z8798 thee a tile, 3843 and lay 5414 z8804 it before 6440 thee, and portray 2710 z8804 upon x5921 it the city, 5892 [even] x853 Jerusalem: 3389

 4:2 And lay 5414 z8804 siege 4692 against x5921 it, and build 1129 z8804 a fort 1785 against x5921 it, and cast 8210 z8804 a mount 5550 against x5921 it; set 5414 z8804 the camp 4264 also against x5921 it, and set 7760 z8798 [battering] rams 3733 against x5921 it round about. 5439

 4:3 Moreover take 3947 z8798 thou x859 unto thee an iron 1270 pan, 4227 and set 5414 z8804 it [for] a wall 7023 of iron 1270 between x996 thee and the city: 5892 and set 3559 z8689 x853 thy face 6440 against x413 it, and it shall be x1961 besieged, 4692 and thou shalt lay siege 6696 z8804 against x5921 it. This x1931 [shall be] a sign 226 to the house 1004 of Israel. 3478

 4:4 Lie 7901 z8798 thou x859 also upon x5921 thy left 8042 side, 6654 and lay 7760 z8804 x853 the iniquity 5771 of the house 1004 of Israel 3478 upon x5921 it: [according] to the number 4557 of the days 3117 that x834 thou shalt lie 7901 z8799 upon x5921 it thou shalt bear 5375 z8799 x853 their iniquity. 5771

 4:5 For I x589 have laid 5414 z8804 upon thee x853 the years 8141 of their iniquity, 5771 according to the number 4557 of the days, 3117 three 7969 hundred 3967 and ninety 8673 days: 3117 so shalt thou bear 5375 z8804 the iniquity 5771 of the house 1004 of Israel. 3478

 4:6 And when thou hast accomplished 3615 z8765 x853 them, 428 lie 7901 z8804 again 8145 on x5921 thy right 3233 z8675 y3227 side, 6654 and thou shalt bear 5375 z8804 x853 the iniquity 5771 of the house 1004 of Judah 3063 forty 705 days: 3117 I have appointed 5414 z8804 thee each day 3117 for a year. 8141 3117

 4:7 Therefore thou shalt set 3559 z8686 thy face 6440 toward x413 the siege 4692 of Jerusalem, 3389 and thine arm 2220 [shall be] uncovered, 2834 z8803 and thou shalt prophesy 5012 z8738 against x5921 it.

 4:8 And, behold, x2009 I will lay 5414 z8804 bands 5688 upon x5921 thee, and thou shalt not x3808 turn 2015 z8735 thee from one side 6654 x4480 to x413 another, 6654 till x5704 thou hast ended 3615 z8763 the days 3117 of thy siege. 4692

 4:9 ¶ Take 3947 z8798 thou x859 also unto thee wheat, 2406 and barley, 8184 and beans, 6321 and lentils, 5742 and millet, 1764 and fitches, 3698 and put 5414 z8804 them in one 259 vessel, 3627 and make 6213 z8804 thee bread 3899 thereof, [according] to the number 4557 of the days 3117 that x834 thou x859 shalt lie 7901 z8802 upon x5921 thy side, 6654 three 7969 hundred 3967 and ninety 8673 days 3117 shalt thou eat 398 z8799 thereof.

 4:10 And thy meat 3978 which x834 thou shalt eat 398 z8799 [shall be] by weight, 4946 twenty 6242 shekels 8255 a day: 3117 from time 6256 x4480 to x5704 time 6256 shalt thou eat 398 z8799 it.

 4:11 Thou shalt drink 8354 z8799 also water 4325 by measure, 4884 the sixth part 8345 of a hin: 1969 from time 6256 x4480 to x5704 time 6256 shalt thou drink. 8354 z8799

 4:12 And thou shalt eat 398 z8799 it [as] barley 8184 cakes, 5692 and thou shalt bake 5746 z8799 it x1931 with dung 1561 that cometh out 6627 of man, 120 in their sight. 5869

 4:13 And the LORD 3068 said, 559 z8799 Even thus x3602 shall the children 1121 of Israel 3478 eat 398 z8799 their defiled 2931 x853 bread 3899 among the Gentiles, 1471 whither x834 x8033 I will drive 5080 z8686 them.

 4:14 Then said 559 z8799 I, Ah 162 Lord 136 GOD! 3069 behold, x2009 my soul 5315 hath not x3808 been polluted: 2930 z8794 for from my youth 5271 x4480 up even till x5704 now x6258 have I not x3808 eaten 398 z8804 of that which dieth of itself, 5038 or is torn in pieces; 2966 neither x3808 came 935 z8804 there abominable 6292 flesh 1320 into my mouth. 6310

 4:15 Then he said 559 z8799 unto x413 me, Lo, 7200 z8798 I have given 5414 z8804 thee x853 cow's 1241 dung 6832 z8675 for x8478 man's 120 dung, 1561 and thou shalt prepare 6213 z8804 x853 thy bread 3899 therewith. x5921

 4:16 Moreover he said 559 z8799 unto x413 me, Son 1121 of man, 120 behold, x2009 I will break 7665 z8799 the staff 4294 of bread 3899 in Jerusalem: 3389 and they shall eat 398 z8804 bread 3899 by weight, 4948 and with care; 1674 and they shall drink 8354 z8799 water 4325 by measure, 4884 and with astonishment: 8078

 4:17 That x4616 they may want 2637 z8799 bread 3899 and water, 4325 and be astonished 8074 z8738 one 376 with another, 251 and consume away 4743 z8738 for their iniquity. 5771
