Psalms 107

1 The psalmist exhorteth the redeemed, in praising God, to observe his manifold providence, 4 over travelers, 10 over captives, 17 over sick men, 23 over seamen, 33 and in divers varieties of life.

 107:1 ¶ O give thanks 3034 z8685 unto the LORD, 3068 for x3588 [he is] good: 2896 for x3588 his mercy 2617 [endureth] for ever. 5769

 107:2 Let the redeemed 1350 z8803 of the LORD 3068 say 559 z8799 [so], whom x834 he hath redeemed 1350 z8804 from the hand 3027 x4480 of the enemy; 6862

 107:3 And gathered 6908 z8765 them out of the lands, 776 x4480 from the east, 4217 x4480 and from the west, 4628 x4480 from the north, 6828 x4480 and from the south. 3220 x4480

 107:4 They wandered 8582 z8804 in the wilderness 4057 in a solitary 3452 way; 1870 they found 4672 z8804 no x3808 city 5892 to dwell 4186 in.

 107:5 Hungry 7457 and x1571 thirsty, 6771 their soul 5315 fainted 5848 z8691 in them.

 107:6 Then they cried 6817 z8799 unto x413 the LORD 3068 in their trouble, 6862 [and] he delivered 5337 z8686 them out of their distresses. 4691 x4480

 107:7 And he led them forth 1869 z8686 by the right 3477 way, 1870 that they might go y3212 z8800 x1980 to x413 a city 5892 of habitation. 4186

 107:8 Oh that [men] would praise 3034 z8686 the LORD 3068 [for] his goodness, 2617 and [for] his wonderful works 6381 z8737 to the children 1121 of men! 120

 107:9 For x3588 he satisfieth 7646 z8689 the longing 8264 z8802 soul, 5315 and filleth 4390 z8765 the hungry 7457 soul 5315 with goodness. 2896

 107:10 Such as sit 3427 z8802 in darkness 2822 and in the shadow of death, 6757 [being] bound 615 in affliction 6040 and iron; 1270

 107:17 Fools 191 because 1870 x4480 of their transgression, 6588 and because of their iniquities, 5771 x4480 are afflicted. 6031 z8691

 107:19 Then they cry 2199 z8799 unto x413 the LORD 3068 in their trouble, 6862 [and] he saveth 3467 z8686 them out of their distresses. 4691 x4480

 107:20 He sent 7971 z8799 his word, 1697 and healed 7495 z8799 them, and delivered 4422 z8762 [them] from their destructions. 7825 x4480

 107:22 And let them sacrifice 2076 z8799 the sacrifices 2077 of thanksgiving, 8426 and declare 5608 z8762 his works 4639 with rejoicing. 7440

 107:23 They that go down 3381 z8802 to the sea 3220 in ships, 591 that do 6213 z8802 business 4399 in great 7227 waters; 4325

 107:24 These x1992 see 7200 z8804 the works 4639 of the LORD, 3068 and his wonders 6381 z8737 in the deep. 4688

 107:25 For he commandeth, 559 z8799 and raiseth 5975 z8686 the stormy 5591 wind, 7307 which lifteth up 7311 z8787 the waves 1530 thereof.

 107:26 They mount up 5927 z8799 to the heaven, 8064 they go down 3381 z8799 again to the depths: 8415 their soul 5315 is melted 4127 z8709 because of trouble. 7451

 107:30 Then are they glad 8055 z8799 because x3588 they be quiet; 8367 z8799 so he bringeth 5148 z8686 them unto x413 their desired 2656 haven. 4231

 107:32 Let them exalt 7311 z8787 him also in the congregation 6951 of the people, 5971 and praise 1984 z8762 him in the assembly 4186 of the elders. 2205

 107:33 He turneth 7760 z8799 rivers 5104 into a wilderness, 4057 and the watersprings 4325 4161 into dry ground; 6774

 107:34 A fruitful 6529 land 776 into barrenness, 4420 for the wickedness 7451 x4480 of them that dwell 3427 z8802 therein.

 107:36 And there x8033 he maketh the hungry y7457 to dwell, 3427 z8686 x7457 that they may prepare 3559 z8787 a city 5892 for habitation; 4186

 107:37 And sow 2232 z8799 the fields, 7704 and plant 5193 z8799 vineyards, 3754 which may yield 6213 z8799 fruits 6529 of increase. 8393

 107:38 He blesseth 1288 z8762 them also, so that they are multiplied 7235 z8799 greatly; 3966 and suffereth y4591 z0 not x3808 their cattle 929 to decrease. 4591 z8686

 107:39 Again, they are minished 4591 z8799 and brought low 7817 z8799 through oppression, 6115 x4480 affliction, 7451 and sorrow. 3015

 107:40 He poureth 8210 z8802 contempt 937 upon x5921 princes, 5081 and causeth them to wander 8582 z8686 in the wilderness, 8414 [where there is] no x3808 way. 1870

 107:41 Yet setteth he the poor y34 on high 7682 z8762 x34 from affliction, 6040 x4480 and maketh 7760 z8799 [him] families 4940 like a flock. 6629

 107:42 The righteous 3477 shall see 7200 z8799 [it], and rejoice: 8055 z8799 and all x3605 iniquity 5766 shall stop 7092 z8804 her mouth. 6310

 107:43 Whoso x4310 [is] wise, 2450 and will observe 8104 z8799 these x428 [things], even they shall understand 995 z8709 the lovingkindness 2617 of the LORD. 3068
