Job 19

1 Job, complaining of his friends' cruelty, sheweth there is misery enough in him to feed their cruelty. 21, 28 He craveth pity. 25 He believeth the resurrection.

 19:1 ¶ Then Job 347 answered 6030 z8799 and said, 559 z8799

 19:2 How long x5704 x575 will ye vex 3013 z8686 my soul, 5315 and break y1792 z8762 me in pieces x1792 with words? 4405

 19:3 These x2088 ten 6235 times 6471 have ye reproached 3637 z8686 me: ye are not x3808 ashamed 954 z8799 [that] ye make yourselves strange 1970 z8686 to me.

 19:4 And x637 be it indeed 551 [that] I have erred, 7686 z8804 mine error 4879 remaineth 3885 z8799 with x854 myself.

 19:5 If x518 indeed 551 ye will magnify 1431 z8686 [yourselves] against x5921 me, and plead 3198 z8686 against x5921 me my reproach: 2781

 19:6 Know 3045 z8798 now 645 that x3588 God 433 hath overthrown 5791 z8765 me, and hath compassed 5362 z8689 x5921 me with his net. y4686 x4685

 19:7 Behold, x2005 I cry out 6817 z8799 of wrong, 2555 but I am not x3808 heard: 6030 z8735 I cry aloud, 7768 z8762 but [there is] no x369 judgment. 4941

 19:8 He hath fenced up 1443 z8804 my way 734 that I cannot x3808 pass, 5674 z8799 and he hath set 7760 z8799 darkness 2822 in x5921 my paths. 5410

 19:9 He hath stripped y6584 z8689 me of x6584 x4480 x5921 my glory, 3519 and taken 5493 z8686 the crown 5850 [from] my head. 7218

 19:10 He hath destroyed 5422 z8799 me on every side, 5439 and I am gone: y3212 z8799 x1980 and mine hope 8615 hath he removed 5265 z8686 like a tree. 6086

 19:11 He hath also kindled 2734 z8686 his wrath 639 against x5921 me, and he counteth 2803 z8799 me unto him as [one of] his enemies. 6862

 19:12 His troops 1416 come 935 z8799 together, 3162 and raise up 5549 z8799 their way 1870 against x5921 me, and encamp 2583 z8799 round about 5439 my tabernacle. 168

 19:13 He hath put y7368 z0 my brethren y251 far 7368 z8689 x251 from x4480 x5921 me, and mine acquaintance 3045 z8802 are verily x389 estranged 2114 z8804 from x4480 me.

 19:14 My kinsfolk 7138 have failed, 2308 z8804 and my familiar friends 3045 z8794 have forgotten 7911 z8804 me.

 19:15 They that dwell 1481 z8802 in mine house, 1004 and my maids, 519 count 2803 z8799 me for a stranger: 2114 z8801 I am x1961 an alien 5237 in their sight. 5869

 19:16 I called 7121 z8804 my servant, 5650 and he gave [me] no x3808 answer; 6030 z8799 I entreated 2603 z8691 him with 1119 my mouth. 6310

 19:17 My breath 7307 is strange 2114 z8804 to my wife, 802 though I entreated y2589 z8800 x2603 for the children's 1121 [sake] of mine own body. 990

 19:18 Yea, x1571 young children 5759 despised 3988 z8804 me; I arose, 6965 z8799 and they spoke 1696 z8762 against me.

 19:19 All x3605 my inward 5475 friends 4962 abhorred 8581 z8765 me: and they whom x2088 I loved 157 z8804 are turned 2015 z8738 against me.

 19:20 My bone 6106 cleaveth 1692 z8804 to my skin 5785 and to my flesh, 1320 and I am escaped 4422 z8691 with the skin 5785 of my teeth. 8127

 19:21 Have pity y2603 z8798 upon x2603 me, have pity y2603 z8798 upon x2603 me, O ye x859 my friends; 7453 for x3588 the hand 3027 of God 433 hath touched 5060 z8804 me.

 19:22 Why x4100 do ye persecute 7291 z8799 me as x3644 God, 410 and are not x3808 satisfied 7646 z8799 with my flesh? 1320 x4480

 19:24 That they were graven 2672 z8735 with an iron 1270 pen 5842 and lead 5777 in the rock 6697 forever! 5703

 19:25 For I x589 know 3045 z8804 [that] my redeemer 1350 z8802 liveth, 2416 and [that] he shall stand 6965 z8799 at the latter 314 [day] upon x5921 the earth: 6083

 19:26 And [though] after 310 my skin 5785 [worms] destroy 5362 z8765 this x2063 [body], yet in my flesh 1320 x4480 shall I see 2372 z8799 God: 433

 19:27 Whom x834 I x589 shall see 2372 z8799 for myself, and mine eyes 5869 shall behold, 7200 z8804 and not x3808 another; 2114 z8801 [though] my reins 3629 be consumed 3615 z8804 within 2436 me.

 19:28 But x3588 ye should say, 559 z8799 Why x4100 persecute 7291 z8799 we him, seeing the root 8328 of the matter 1697 is found 4672 z8738 in me?
