1 God is to be sought unto, and not idols. 5 As he visited his flock for sin, so he will save and restore them.

10:2 For x3588 the idols 8655 have spoken 1696 z8765 vanity, 205 and the diviners 7080 z8802 have seen 2372 z8804 a lie, 8267 and have told 1696 z8762 false 7723 dreams; 2472 they comfort 5162 z8762 in vain: 1892 therefore x5921 x3651 they went y5265 z8804 their way x5265 as x3644 a flock, 6629 they were troubled, 6031 z8799 because x3588 [there was] no x369 shepherd. 7462 z8802

10:3 Mine anger 639 was kindled 2734 z8804 against x5921 the shepherds, 7462 z8802 and I punished 6485 z8799 x5921 the goats: 6260 for x3588 the LORD 3068 of hosts 6635 hath visited 6485 z8804 x853 his flock 5739 x853 the house 1004 of Judah, 3063 and hath made 7760 z8804 them as his goodly 1935 horse 5483 in the battle. 4421

10:4 Out of x4480 him came forth 3318 z8799 the corner, 6438 out of x4480 him the nail, 3489 out of x4480 him the battle 4421 bow, 7198 out of x4480 him every x3605 oppressor 5065 z8802 together. 3162

10:5 ¶ And they shall be x1961 as mighty 1368 [men], which tread down 947 z8802 [their enemies] in the mire 2916 of the streets 2351 in the battle: 4421 and they shall fight, 3898 z8738 because x3588 the LORD 3068 [is] with x5973 them, and the riders 7392 z8802 on horses 5483 shall be confounded. y3001 z8689 x954

10:6 And I will strengthen 1396 z8765 x853 the house 1004 of Judah, 3063 and I will save 3467 z8686 the house 1004 of Joseph, 3130 and I will bring them again x7725 to place y3427 z8689 them; for x3588 I have mercy y7355 z8765 upon x7355 them: and they shall be x1961 as though 834 I had not x3808 cast them off: 2186 z8804 for x3588 I x589 [am] the LORD 3068 their God, 430 and will hear 6030 z8799 them.

10:7 And [they of] Ephraim 669 shall be x1961 like a mighty 1368 [man], and their heart 3820 shall rejoice 8055 z8804 as through x3644 wine: 3196 yea, their children 1121 shall see 7200 z8799 [it], and be glad; 8055 z8804 their heart 3820 shall rejoice 1523 z8799 in the LORD. 3068

10:8 I will hiss 8319 z8799 for them, and gather 6908 z8762 them; for x3588 I have redeemed 6299 z8804 them: and they shall increase 7235 z8804 as x3644 they have increased. 7235 z8804

10:9 And I will sow 2232 z8799 them among the people: 5971 and they shall remember 2142 z8799 me in far countries; 4801 and they shall live 2421 z8804 with x854 their children, 1121 and turn again. 7725 z8804

10:10 I will bring them again 7725 z8689 also out of the land 776 x4480 of Egypt, 4714 and gather 6908 z8762 them out of Assyria; 804 x4480 and I will bring 935 z8686 them into x413 the land 776 of Gilead 1568 and Lebanon; 3844 and [place] shall not x3808 be found 4672 z8735 for them.

10:11 And he shall pass x5674 through y5674 z8804 the sea 3220 with affliction, 6869 and shall smite 5221 z8689 the waves 1530 in the sea, 3220 and all x3605 the deeps 4688 of the river 2975 shall dry up: 3001 z8689 and the pride 1347 of Assyria 804 shall be brought down, 3381 z8717 and the sceptre 7626 of Egypt 4714 shall depart away. 5493 z8799

10:12 And I will strengthen 1396 z8765 them in the LORD; 3068 and they shall walk up and down 1980 z8691 in his name, 8034 saith 5002 z8803 the LORD. 3068
