Jonah 2

1 The prayer of Jonah. 10 He is delivered from the fish.

 2:1 ¶ Then Jonah 3124 prayed 6419 z8691 unto x413 the LORD 3068 his God 430 out of the fish's 1710 belly, 4578 x4480

 2:2 And said, 559 z8799 I cried 7121 z8804 by reason of mine affliction 6869 x4480 unto x413 the LORD, 3068 and he heard 6030 z8799 me; out of the belly 990 x4480 of hell 7585 cried 7768 z8765 I, [and] thou heardest 8085 z8804 my voice. 6963

 2:3 For thou hadst cast 7993 z8686 me into the deep, 4688 in the midst 3824 of the seas; 3220 and the floods 5104 compassed y5437 z8779 me about: x5437 all x3605 thy billows 4867 and thy waves 1530 passed x5674 over y5674 z8804 x5921 me.

 2:4 Then I x589 said, 559 z8804 I am cast out 1644 z8738 of x4480 x5048 thy sight; 5869 yet x389 I will look 5027 z8687 again 3254 z8686 toward x413 thy holy 6944 temple. 1964

 2:5 The waters 4325 compassed me about, 661 z8804 [even] to x5704 the soul: 5315 the depth 8415 closed me round about, 5437 z8779 the weeds 5488 were wrapped x2280 about y2280 z8803 my head. 7218

 2:6 I went down 3381 z8804 to the bottoms 7095 of the mountains; 2022 the earth 776 with her bars 1280 [was] about x1157 me forever: 5769 yet hast thou brought up 5927 z8686 my life 2416 from corruption, 7845 x4480 O LORD 3068 my God. 430

 2:7 When my soul 5315 fainted 5848 z8692 within x5921 me I remembered 2142 z8804 x853 the LORD: 3068 and my prayer 8605 came in 935 z8799 unto x413 thee, into x413 thine holy 6944 temple. 1964

 2:8 They that observe 8104 z8764 lying 7723 vanities 1892 forsake 5800 z8799 their own mercy. 2617

 2:10 ¶ And the LORD 3068 spoke 559 z8799 unto the fish, 1709 and it vomited out 6958 z8686 x853 Jonah 3124 upon x413 the dry 3004 [land].
