Matthew 22

1 The parable of the marriage of the king's son. 9 The vocation of the Gentiles. 12 The punishment of him that wanted the wedding garment. 15 Tribute ought to be paid to Cesar. 23 Christ confuteth the Sadducees for the resurrection: 34 answereth the lawyer, which is the first and great commandment: 41 and poseth the Pharisees about the Messias.

 22:1 ¶ And 2532 Jesus 2424 answered 611 z5679 and spake 2036 z5627 unto them 846 again 3825 by 1722 parables, 3850 and said, 3004 z5723

 22:2 The x3588 kingdom 932 of heaven 3772 is like y3666 z5681 unto x3666 a certain y444 king, 935 x444 which 3748 made 4160 z5656 a marriage 1062 for his y846 x848 son, 5207

 22:3 And 2532 sent forth 649 z5656 his y846 x848 servants 1401 to call 2564 z5658 them that were bidden 2564 z5772 to 1519 the x3588 wedding: 1062 and 2532 they would 2309 z5707 not 3756 come. 2064 z5629

 22:4 Again, 3825 he sent forth 649 z5656 other 243 servants, 1401 saying, 3004 z5723 Tell 2036 z5628 them which are bidden, 2564 z5772 Behold, 2400 z5628 I have prepared 2090 z5656 my 3450 dinner: 712 my 3450 oxen 5022 and 2532 [my] fatlings 4619 [are] killed, 2380 z5772 and 2532 all things 3956 [are] ready: 2092 come 1205 z5773 unto 1519 the x3588 marriage. 1062

 22:5 But 1161 they x3588 made light of 272 z5660 [it], and went their ways, 565 z5627 one 3303 x3588 to 1519 his 2398 farm, 68 x1161 another y1161 x3588 x3303 to 1519 his y846 x848 merchandise: 1711

 22:6 And 1161 the x3588 remnant 3062 took 2902 z5660 his 846 servants, 1401 and entreated [them] spitefully, 5195 z5656 and 2532 slew 615 z5656 [them].

 22:7 But 1161 when the x3588 king 935 heard 191 z5660 [thereof], he was wroth: 3710 z5681 and 2532 he sent forth 3992 z5660 his y846 x848 armies, 4753 and destroyed 622 z5656 those 1565 murderers, 5406 and 2532 burned up 1714 z5656 their 846 city. 4172

 22:8 Then 5119 saith x3004 he y3004 z5719 to his y846 x848 servants, 1401 y3303 The x3588 wedding 1062 x3303 is 2076 z5748 ready, 2092 but 1161 they which were bidden 2564 z5772 were 2258 z5713 not 3756 worthy. 514

 22:9 Go x4198 ye y4198 z5737 therefore 3767 into 1909 the x3588 highways, 1327 3598 and 2532 as many as 3745 302 ye shall find, 2147 z5632 bid 2564 z5657 to 1519 the x3588 marriage. 1062

 22:10 So 2532 those 1565 servants 1401 went out 1831 z5631 into 1519 the x3588 highways, 3598 and gathered together 4863 z5627 all 3956 as many as 3745 they found, 2147 z5627 both 5037 bad 4190 and 2532 good: 18 and 2532 the x3588 wedding 1062 was furnished 4130 z5681 with guests. 345 z5740

 22:11 ¶ And 1161 when y1525 z0 the x3588 king 935 came in 1525 z5631 to see 2300 z5664 the x3588 guests, 345 z5740 he saw 1492 z5627 there 1563 a man 444 which had y1746 z0 not y3756 on 1746 z5765 x3756 a wedding 1062 garment: 1742

 22:12 And 2532 he saith 3004 z5719 unto him, 846 Friend, 2083 how 4459 camest x1525 thou y1525 z5627 in hither 5602 not 3361 having 2192 z5723 a wedding 1062 garment? 1742 And 1161 he x3588 was speechless. 5392 z5681

 22:15 ¶ Then 5119 went 4198 z5679 the x3588 Pharisees, 5330 and x2532 took 2983 z5627 counsel 4824 how 3704 they might entangle 3802 z5661 him 846 in 1722 [his] talk. 3056

 22:18 But 1161 Jesus 2424 perceived 1097 z5631 their 846 wickedness, 4189 and said, 2036 z5627 Why 5101 tempt x3985 ye y3985 z5719 me, 3165 [ye] hypocrites? 5273

 22:19 Shew 1925 z5657 me 3427 the x3588 tribute 2778 money. 3546 And 1161 they x3588 brought 4374 z5656 unto him 846 a penny. 1220

 22:24 Saying, 3004 z5723 Master, 1320 Moses 3475 said, 2036 z5627 If 1437 a man 5100 die, 599 z5632 having 2192 z5723 no 3361 children, 5043 his y846 x848 brother 80 shall marry 1918 z5692 his 846 wife, 1135 and 2532 raise up 450 z5692 seed 4690 unto his y846 x848 brother. 80

 22:26 Likewise 3668 the x3588 second 1208 also, 2532 and 2532 the x3588 third, 5154 unto 2193 the x3588 seventh. 2033

 22:28 Therefore 3767 in 1722 the x3588 resurrection 386 whose 5101 wife 1135 shall she be 2071 z5704 of the x3588 seven? 2033 for 1063 they all 3956 had 2192 z5627 her. 846
